TUI plane arrived late and the boat sailed without us! Put up in a hotel at midnight, no food available. Early 5:00 departure to fly to Barcelona and transfer by taxi to the ship! Second day lost because all we wanted was food and a proper sleep. Have cruised previously 3 times with TUI, but the food was definately not as before. Many excursions were rushed such as Pompeii, back on board 2.1/2 hours before departure in the early afternoon. Extended our stay with a hotel at Camp der Mar. Can't fault the hotel, absolutely superb food and rooms. To top it off TUI lost one of our suitcases on the flight home, which took 10 days to be repatriated. Very disappointed with the cruise this time. Inadequate compensation considering what happened. Saving a few hundred will cost TUI thousands in lost future business.
