Very good product.

Thank You to ALL of the staff at Tuneup! I do mean ALL: not just the programmers, testers & Tech support/Customer service (you guys are great) but I want to thank the other folks that do some of the overlooked areas: Product Packaging, Software Graphics and Icon/Interface Design, code readers and debugging crew, Whomever makes the Coffee to help the everyone, the Important People that clean up the office or whatever type of building(s) that comprise your company.

Okay, now about your Tuneup Utilities package. I was using a ''non-Genuine'' copy of Tuneup Util. 2012. In almost every case I was surprised (which is not an easy thing to pull-off on someone like myself being highly detail-oriented and demanding of quality). In many cases I was able to recover files that I thought were lost for good or at least recover the folders or file names to rebuild the contents of 2 hard drives that were unrecoverable by Windows standards. My highest appreciation for this utility package is two-fold:
1. I have never seen TV or online sponsored ads promising ''free quick-fix'' software (that merely provides a list of problems, but with a small or easy one-time-payment can resolve your PC issues).
2. The fullness of this software package and it's usefulness for SO MANY PC PROBLEMS !
I am rarely the type to ever take credit for doing the RIGHT THING in life, but I always take responsibility when I do wrong AND I rarely give feedback IN FAVOR of computer software, technology in general or anything else which merely meets my expectations...
That being said, it is absolutely not a frivolous act that I give this software and the people involved with it my FULL support and gratitude. And...NO I am not a paid endorser, spokes-whatever or any of that non-sense.

Frankly speaking.. I was a avg tune up & anti virus customer.

The main reason i choose your product is because of no yearly renewal hassle and i feel the software is equally as good as my previous software. (after i tried the -trial version for 15days).

Thumb up and Good work to all of you!

I bought the product in 2012; it is so trouble free and keeps my PC running at its best; I never have to fuss with Windows Tools.

I just bought 2013 version and I'm sure I will enjoy that too.

The only shortcoming, on the order and in the confirmation email I could not find a link to download the new version! Only to Adobe and to a free trial version. What's with that?

I had a previous version of the product and it worked as described. So I was pleased by having it in two of my computers. With the Christmas rebate and with the announced enhancements I couldn't resist and bought the update (TuneUp Utilities™ 2013) .

I was about to reset my PC to factory settings because it was running so slow.
But I wasn't that confident I would save all my personal data correctly, until I tried the free trial of Tuneup.
My computer is now running like new and I would recommend this to all, as I still can't believe it worked, but it does.

And I should know - I'm a techie! TuneUp does all the things I do to PCs to make them perform their best - and more. Best yet, I find it 100% reliable, and have complete confidence in the accuracy of its r ecommendations. Easy enough for a non-techie, and customizable enough for the likes of me. If every computer was running TuneUp, I might be out of a job!

This has to be some of the Best Software on the Web to date.Easy to use and understand. Helpfull Tip's and advice from Support Staff. I cannot describe a more Helpfull and Friendly advice service from a Software Company as like most of a lot of other people who have purchased similar software online only to wait week's for support or to have had to browse the internet for help with other software.
I hope this Help's other People looking to Purchase Some Premium Software or to Upgrade existing Software to a New Version all i can say is Try it for Yourselve's.

There was nothing to it, and yet very informative. I would reccommend this product to anyone.

Was easy and fast!

My laptop is over three years old, and I am not an IS expert so I was unsure of how to enhance my pc's performance. I started out with the trial, but then realized I needed this program to ensure I continued in school without technical problems from my pc.

TuneUp Utilities is the only way to keep your system optimized and running smoothly and to save on those costly trips to the computer shop. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

After a couple of days of using this software, I clicked through the app to buy the full version...
The page it brought me to only let me purchase it. There was nothing about delivery type or license information. Not an issue, but I had tried checking and all the links brought me to the payment page.
I planned on using this on the eight (8) computers & laptops that I own at home! Not a business, just between the kids and adults, there are eight personal computers that I own. Only AFTER I paid for the software and received my registration key, did it actually tell me that it is only licensed "for up to 3 PCs!"!!!
That is a little information that I would have liked to have known prior to purchasing this, as I would have opted out of purchasing it!
Had it told me this, it would have been 5 stars at this point.

The free trial worked great. And it mentioned "as soon as i purchased the full version" it would tuneup, and do all that was needed to be done on its own. My ass, it,s telling me to fix this and do that, so the TuneUp can speed up my computer.. As soon as i purchased it, the installation process was a mess...felt like the installation directions was managed and written by a foreigner learning how to write english ! totally bogus.
My computer was running great...now it,s fu.ked thanks to TuneUp Utilities 2013. And another thing it honestly feels like cyber crime has taking over my computer. It keeps reminding me to make purchase it at a discount.... So i'll work on a refund, or i will tell the world how much of a piece of sh.t their tuneup really is !!!

I have just installed Tuneup Utilities 3013 But do not know how to register it.

A must have for the beginer.

I have downloaded the 2013 Tune Up and all looks good with a receipt being issued for my order. When I try to use the tune up it asks for the registration key which I input via the past and paste method as suggested, but all I can get is invalid key. What is going on? Tony.porritt@bigpond.com
