Extremely Unreliable Service and Terrible Complaint Management

My experience with Tunisie Telecom has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

For months, I have been dealing with constant internet instability, frequent disconnections, and a service that is clearly below any acceptable standard. The connection is unreliable to the point that it becomes unusable for normal daily activities.

What makes the situation even worse is the way complaints are handled. The call center operators are unable to provide clear answers or proper follow-up. Each time you call, you have to repeat the same explanations, with no real tracking or accountability.

Technical interventions were equally ineffective. Either no proper diagnosis was made, or the issue was simply not treated seriously. The lack of coordination between customer support and field technicians clearly shows deep internal mismanagement.

A relatively simple technical issue was left unresolved for an unacceptable amount of time. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism, competence, and customer respect.

After months of wasted time, repeated complaints, and zero lasting solutions, I decided to terminate my contract.

I do not expect this review to change anything, but future customers should be aware of the level of service they might receive.

I strongly do not recommend this provider.

The worst in Africa.

The worst in Africa.

They don't even deserve 1-Star to be honest.
- Disconnecting every 5 minutes. (Cost me a lotta of clients since i work remotely)
- High ping (can't even enjoy gaming with your friends).
- Low upload speed.
- The worst customer and technical service ever, they just ignore you.

Data SIM worked for 30 mins only

Arrived at Tunis airport just before midnight, bought a data only SIM from the kiosk just outside the arrivals hall. Was told it was 7 or 8GB (can't remember exactly). It worked for about 30 minutes (I had only checked some emails, not downloaded anything of any size), then it stopped working in the taxi on the way to my hotel. It never worked again. I was left to wander around the old town at 1am without maps looking for my hotel. Total waste of money. Eventually bought a new data only SIM from Oreddoo, it worked perfectly and never had any problems. I won't buy anything from Tunisie Telecom ever again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with This Company

I visited our home in Tunisia on July 22nd, and since then (today is August 2nd), the internet has been disconnected. I filed a complaint not once but three times. I called twice, visited their office more than four times, and even went to the administration twice. Despite speaking with various staff members (and perhaps I should have spoken to the cleaning staff, as they might have been more helpful), I received the same response: "They will call and come to fix it." But they never did.

To make matters worse, one employee was outright rude, and others simply shrugged it off with, "Okay, but this isn't our job." If it’s not their job, is it mine? Am I supposed to go complain to Ooredoo staff about a problem that is clearly this company’s responsibility? I have important studies and work that require a stable internet connection, and I've lost significant time, money, and energy over these past 10 days. This experience has been an absolute disgrace, and I will never consider working with this company again.

Extremely Disappointed with Tunisie Telecom's Service - A Total Letdown!

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by Tunisie Telecom. I expected a certain level of professionalism and reliability from my internet service provider. Unfortunately, Tunisie Telecom has proven to be a complete letdown.

For the past month, we have been grappling with a persistent internet outage, despite repeated attempts to rectify the situation. Our calls to their technical service helpline (number 1298) have resulted in nothing more than empty promises and a slew of reference numbers that have provided no resolution whatsoever.

Not only has this prolonged internet outage severely impacted our day-to-day operations, but it has also tarnished our company's reputation in the eyes of our valued clients. We depend on a stable and reliable internet connection to deliver our services effectively, yet Tunisie Telecom has failed us time and time again.

To make matters worse, when we visited their office in Al Mansoura, Kairouan, seeking assistance, we were met with indifference and unhelpful responses. The dismissive attitude of their staff members only served to highlight their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

It is evident that Tunisie Telecom lacks a sense of responsibility and urgency when it comes to resolving issues faced by their customers. Despite our monthly payments for their services, they have shown a complete disregard for their obligations. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

I implore anyone considering Tunisie Telecom as their internet service provider to think twice. Their service is unreliable, their customer support is unhelpful, and their overall attitude towards resolving problems is abysmal. Trust me when I say that they will not hesitate to let you down and jeopardize your business operations.

In conclusion, Tunisie Telecom's incompetence and lack of commitment have caused significant damage to our business and our reputation. We will be actively seeking alternative service providers that value their customers and can provide the reliability and support we deserve.

Tunisie Telecom, you have proven time and time again that you are not worthy of our trust or our business. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to others and prompts a much-needed improvement in your services.

Extremely Poor Service and Unresolved Internet Outage

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Tunisie Telecom. As the owner of Digital Rise Solutions, a web and mobile app development company, I have been facing a complete internet outage for over a month now, and despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, the issue remains unresolved.

The lack of internet connectivity has had a severe impact on our business operations, hindering our productivity and damaging our reputation with clients. We have made countless calls to their technical service helpline, provided reference numbers for our complaints, and even visited their offices, but all our efforts have been in vain.

Not only have they failed to fix the problem, but their customer service has been abysmal. The staff at their offices showed a complete lack of empathy and accountability, simply providing us with new reference numbers and asking us to wait indefinitely. It is appalling to see such disregard for the needs of their paying customers.

Furthermore, when we sought resolution at their regional office, we were told that our number was classified as private, despite being a registered company. This kind of misclassification demonstrates their lack of attention to detail and their inability to address customer issues promptly.

The level of service provided by Tunisie Telecom is simply unacceptable. As a business owner, I rely on a stable and reliable internet connection to run my company smoothly. However, their failure to resolve the issue and their dismissive attitude have severely impacted our operations and put our reputation at risk.

I strongly urge others to reconsider using Tunisie Telecom's services. Their incompetence and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction are evident. I would caution anyone looking for reliable internet services to explore alternative options rather than entrusting their business needs to Tunisie Telecom.

It is disheartening to witness such poor service and unprofessionalism from a telecommunications company. Tunisie Telecom must take immediate action to rectify this situation and improve their services. Otherwise, they will continue to disappoint and frustrate their customers, further tarnishing their reputation.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others and prompts Tunisie Telecom to reflect on their shortcomings and make the necessary changes to provide better service to their customers.

Note: This review is based on my personal experience with Tunisie Telecom and reflects my honest opinion of their services.

The fiber optic internet connection is…

The fiber optic internet connection is good as long as there is no problem. Once you have a problem wth the connection, you will have s hell of a time. Its the worste technical support that you will ever see. I called nd visited their office in La Marsa for 4 days and i got the same answer each time (the technical staff will come to fix the problem). But they never do.
The customer service staff are rude and really need a lot of training to improve their communication skills.
Do not try to see their manager because he is never in his office to help customers.
Fiber optic tunisie telecom, never again.

A customer service agent with obscene , impolite and unprofessional attitudes vis-avis customers .

I called the TT csr service as to solve an issue with my Tel line and ADSL after a month requests done directly in the local office ,no body cares ! Finally called the TT customer service 71001298 on 04/03 and oh my god ! the agent named Sawsen (or similar name) , was so impolite and so unprofessional spoke very rude and a provocative manner and seemed not to care at all , i kindly asked her "madam do you know that empathy is required ? she respondedn no i am not supposed to be empathic !! do you train your agents???? this kind of shameless talk led me to demand if a supervisor is listening to this conversation , so a better spoken gentleman Mr Ahmad ,opened the conversation with a defensive speech, (no she can't , she is right !!! etc ) ,i had to stop him and remind him of the rules of the customer service and the non respect issue that i had , he then agreed and gave me a few tips to have myinitial problem with internet issue solved .
it's a shame that you are recruiting customer service agents with such obscene attitudes vis-avis customers .This lady should go through an educational session, and in particular , be trained to be smart and polite with customers .
I am truly demanding to listen to the recording if you are really recording calls and judge by yourselves !
Believe ! i am so shocked that my problem with internet connection has become a secondary issue to me even if i am workig from home and urgently need it .....

Before making a subscription for TT optic fiber

I have been using Tunisie Telecom optic fiber for 2 years. Everything was fine with 100Mb/s downlaod and 40Mb/s upload) until they decided at the end of June 2018 to ruin everything.
Now I have a 100Mb/s optic fiber subscription with ONLY 5Mb/s UPLOAD SPEED. And there is worse, since July it became 1.5Mb for the day.
Yes, I'm talking about an "OPTIC FIBER" connection.

I tried calling them but it's useless, they'll just pretend to not hear you and hang off. So I kept spamming them on their SNS till they answered "This is a decision made but higher-ups we cannot change". Seriously? By ripping off customers?

Tunisie Telecom is indeed the "worst provider" and "best scam" you can find in Tunisia. If you're planning on making an optic fiber subscription in this country, MAKE SURE TO AVOID TT's offers. As of now, they can be anything but an optic fiber internet connection.
