Very helpful staff who guided me very well through the establishment of a company and helped arrange a bank account. They were attentive and knowledgeable and always on hand and made the process very simple indeed.

Good knowledge and understanding of what I needed and good execution. They in fact opened 2 bank accounts for me instead of 1 because they tried to do things as quickly as possible. Good service all round.

I have applied for an offshore bank account and paid complete payment value in advance. Anyway, they kept procrastinating until after three months they told me that they can’t complete my order. And they didn’t make a refund which is £528 (Including VAT).

Totally, Turner Little company is a real bad company to deal with. Be careful.

this been the worst experience of my life, i wouldn't advise anyone, to deal with such a misleading and deceitful company,
i asked to open an offshore bank account for company located in certain country, their manager on live chat said i don't see a reason why your application wouldn't be accepted by Northern Cyprus banks, what got me to pay for this service, and after long time in providing documents process and pandemic off and on work, they provided an application for disgraceful bank with only bad review in North of Cyprus, when i refused to accept and submit to this bank, they provided a second bank, and immediately they told me that the bank didn't to accept me as client, even without submitting an application for them to that bank,
so now they made it look like i was rejected by the bank, so they can protect them self and hide behind their terms and condition, which indicate that they are not obliged to refund a client if rejected by the bank, and they forgot that i didn't approve or submitted an application for the first nor the second bank,
then i was told by one of their employees that i will be refunded, then again they delayed to refund and now i was told that they are not going to refund anything because i was rejected by the bank and its not their problem, even though that i didn't submit to any of the provided banks and the application was never signed and sent to them in the first place,
when you complain to them, that this behavior is not accepted, they simply stop communicating via email.
on live chat, when asking them if they are regulated company, they don't answer, and actually one of them said that she doesn't understand my question, this shows the lack of experience and respect they provide to their client, and always they through your case on their terms and condition, they just want to take your money with no good service or any satisfactory outcome what so ever.

The calm, patient and informed way the team at TurnerLittle answered my questions and provided their services has been an absolute pleasure. I cannot thank them enough and advise anyone interested in their services to do just that - speak to them!

After going through another company and paying less I did not get what I paid for. I should have known that the less you pay the poorer the service you receive. Whilst Turner Little cost a little more than others they delivered on everything I asked for. Whilst it took slightly longer than I hoped they did explain at the very beginning they cannot guarantee time frames with offshore banking and kept me updated throughout the process. I ordered a Hong Kong company with banking and very happy. Already referred someone and will recommend them again in the future.

I will give them 0 star if there is such an option here.

I consulted with the company owner for Mauritius banking services and he told me it would not be a problem to open an account. So I made the purchase for their Mauritius Banking Service. Not somewhere else.

After three months of wait, they came back saying banks in Mauritius rejected our applications. I have another agent successfully opened a Mauritian bank account for me at the same time. This only proves how unreliable TL is. So they offer me two options which will cost another 3 grands.

No transparency, lack of communication and with an arbitrary terms and conditions, they just simply want to take your money and leave you hanging there with some make up stories.

I paid money to this company over 7 month ago for a service which I am still yet to receive. they constantly e-mail excuses for reason why they have not provided the service, there is no offer of a refund and my colleague has received some incredibly rude e-mails from the company director, I cannot believe such an immoral company exists in this day and age, daylight robbery! Buyer beware!

Documentation was provided to trustpilot to verify I am a genuine client, if I were not the review would have been removed by Trustpiolt, this is just another example of Turner and Little lies and manipulation of the facts!

Do not use this company if you want to keep your sanity, they are dishonest, constantly lie to cover lies, and have no conscience, they will try to extort as much money from you as possible offering you things you do not need and then along the way try to manipulate the situation where they can extort further money from you. I paid for their discovery service which was a waste of money, in the end I gave them the solution and paid them to implement this straight forward set up and they have failed to deliver, I have now been waiting 6 and a half months and still they are unable to open a bank account for me and parts the system we first agreed upon have been withdrawn resulting in the whole set up being useless, for some reason they try and blame me when I am nothing to do with how they operate, they will never admit when they have made a mistake or any failing on their part and instead point fingers at the customer, how convenient when they are supposed to be the professionals but they want to blame the customer, I paid my money and then after many months with nothing moving forward I ask for some results and they instead proceed on blaming me by making up untrue stories, I have never come across a more unprofessional company which have some real bad minded people at it's head. they are refusing to come up with a solution or refund any of the money paid even though they have failed to provide what was agreed upon, I am now in the process of taking matters further and getting legal help, companies like this should not be allowed to operate. I urge anyone reading this review to turn back quickly as it will be the worst decision of your life.

Your response is complete fabrication but then I am not surprised given your awful service and lack of ability to provide the services paid for not to mention your rude emails, their is no coincidence many of the reviews say the same thing, is it not just easier for you to actually be an honest company with integrity and deliver rather than stealing clients money and having to deal with the full out. shame on you!

Turner Little supported me in the creating a holding company, they were very knowledgable and supportive through the process and I am sure will continue to support me as needed moving forwards.

Brill service. Ordered bank account for my offshore company and all completed. I can tell everyone working hard within the current climate. Will definitely work with these again.
