Ordered an off the shelve company on the advise of their online customer service representative. 99% of the information provided by this agent was incorrect and was the only reason we decided to purchase a company through Turner Little.

All week we have been told incorrect information by different members of different teams over the phone and to date we have still not received what we have ordered.

Would avoid at all costs!

As a +10-years customer of Turner Little with a limited company registered in UK, and having been using their secretary and accountancy services, I can only say that the customer service is excellent. In case of queries they always reply in matter of minutes, and the advice is always wise. A company in which you truly can trust: accountable and reliable. During all these years I have been in contact with almost all Turner Little's staff and also with the managing director, James Turner. As a non-resident in UK, all I can say us is that I have renewed every year their secretary services, mail forwarding services, registered office and accountancy services. After a 10-fold renewal it is clear how satisfied I am.

Keep in mind that you can pay for the service and receive nothing.

I paid for a bank account 4 months ago, I received absolutely nothing. I paid for a bank account in Mauritius. They said they tried one or two banks and gave up.

I agreed to talk about other countries but also could not open any bank accounts. The service is rude, anti-professional and extremely slow.

I don't really recommend this service to anyone, don't be fooled by positive reviews.

Very competent firm. Created an offshore LLC plus Corporate and personal offshore bank accounts, its not overnight but very professional, all completed with ease and sound advice. Highly recommended

I really loved the service from Turner Little Limited, i can advice everyone who intends open an offshore company to use Turner services, i got mine in 2 working days.

I spoke with James several times regarding the best move for myself and my company going forward. I found he and his team to be incredibly patient, knowledgeable and happy to take the time to explain the options in full which I cannot thank him for enough.

The process was incredibly easy and communication has been superb throughout. TurnerLittle are professional, polite and considerate. I'm very glad I reached out to them. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I had a very pleasant experience with Turner & Little LTD and will definitely use them again. They were helpful and explained the process to me and patient whilst I gathered the necessary documentation. My account was opened with a facility which is perfect for me. That facility took the time to help me and I had a conference call with a member of staff on a Sunday to take me through the online system. I haven't experienced that level of service for a long time. I'm looking forward to using them again in the future.

Turner Little are very knowledgable and professional in their services

It has been a great experience: good service with comprehensive and prompt replies. Creative and bespoke solutions.

A very good company to work with. The only reason for not giving them 5 Stars is that their internal compliance and internal service communication between departments/advisors could be better - sometimes one gets the sense that the right hand doesn't know or follow what the left is doing, which can be frustrating at times. Always a challenge however for any heavily regulated financial company - for the most part Turner Little probably do this as well as any others in their sector.

Used TL for 8 years now. They looked after me and my hundband on our UK company. Friendly and helpful staff. Slightly confused by the other 1star reviews below. Cant please everyone though.

Having thought about purchasing an offshore company for sometime i finally decided to take the plunge. So happy i chose Turner Little who have been excellent from begging to end. Company was formed and banking arranged in just under 6 weeks. Slightly longer than the 4 weeks mentioned at the beggining but delay was down to me awaiting for my new passport to arrive.

Unfortunately I have to give this company one star when the service does not deserve that.
Made an appointment for a conference call today with two associates scheduled for 11am. I drove an hour and a half to get there. Upon ringing at the agreed time, I was told James was on another call. I like a scheduled call to be prompt but the secretary neither knew of the appointment nor of me. I then rang back at 11.15 and was told the same. I was asked again for my name and to call back not even the courtesy of calling me back. I rang again at 11.30, same answer and 1145. The final time I was told that Mr.Turner was not even in his office today until 1pm.
An absolute shambles which I was hoping to be rectified by an apology and a rescheduling by James himself. I was phoned at 4pm by Mr.Turner to be nonchalantly told that he was busy with other stuff, no apology and could we reschedule for another time. The best part of five hours of my day wasted and not even a hint of an apology. Sorry but if you are looking at receiving good customer service or even mediocre service then avoid this company like the plague. When you are due to spend a large amount of money, you expect to be treated with a modicum of decency and courtesy. A terrible experience.

Had a great experience with Turner Little.i have worked with them for many years and have always found their service excellent.

I purchased an overseas company from Turner Little and found them to be great. Good advice before purchase, great support afterwards.

I asked for original company documents and received them, no problem, so I am not sure why others have said this is an issue.

I can highly recommend their service.

BEWARE FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT GOOD. THEY USE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO KEEP YOU PAYING ANNUAL FEES TO THEM.
I have , incorporated a company , they send me some PHOTOCOPY , i don't have any ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS , i don't know even if they exist , but with this excuse they keep you attached to them and YOU HAVE TO PAY THE ANNUAL FEES, suddenly you want to go to another company they start to delay in replying to your email or phone calls ,if you insist , replying to you in bad manner ( especially the one called Chris). than time pass and come new year......they start to ask for new year fees , they gain on the fees (minimal part is real government fees, other part is them fees, that's why). i am sure that hundreds of other peoples are in the same position , but good is great , soon them behavior will bring them out of business

Turner and Little performed outstandingly, with precision and absolute dedication. Special requests were attended and solutions were always promptly provided. Very professional and immediate response at all times. Highly recommendable!
