Fantastic website, product & service
Never came across this site before, or some of the brands they sell, but saw the reviews so felt reassured. I was not disappointed. The watch arrived incredibly quickly and very well presented and packaged. The watch itself, an Orient looks amazing. So pleased with it and the service I’ve received. Thank you TUS Watches

A very good experience.
I purchased the Orient solar Panda from Tuss which arrived within two days. The product was well packaged and in brand new condition. Thank you Tuss for a great service. As a feedback I would suggest the following :
1. Acknowledge the order by mail or text and subsequently follow up informing of dispatch. I imagine you would be but probably missed the comms due Christmas.
Thank you for a good service.

First off 10/10 for the Christmas…
First off 10/10 for the Christmas packaging, and delivery was spot on.
The watch is a good looking watch, let down by the instructions which you need to read between the lines, making setting up not as straight forward as it should be.
The crown is a little on the small side, but once you realise this it's not really a problem.
The rubber watch strap being new is not so supple, but I intend to replace this in any case.
The luminous parts on the watch face don't seem to light up at all in a darkened room or was rather dim
Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Want an Orient? Visit Tus Watches!!
Tom's willingness to get me the watch I wanted, despite the obstacles he had to deal with, made all the difference in the world to me. He runs a top-rate business with very good prices, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again!

I cannot rave more about TUS watches
I cannot rave more about TUS watches. It's hard to find a reliable site to purchase Orient watches from and through my research TUS came up time and time again as a trustworthy efficient and user-friendly site. My parcel arrived three days after purchase and the beautiful Christmas packaging saved me a world of trouble. The watch I purchased is a gift but I will definitely be purchasing again for myself soon.
