Was purchchasing an Item at 25.12.2025. Money was send 29.01.2025.
Only after multible requests about the whereabout of the item they told me arrival will be likely 08.01.-10.01.2026. Thats around 17 days btw. After complaining they told me jokes on me it was a Pre Order anyway shipping will be 30.01.2026. LOL. I insta requested my money back. The preorder info defenetly didnt show up when i purchased. But they now included an shipping date disclaimer. Very sus and scummy. Wouldnt recommend

Professional Shop With Excellent Customer Support
Tvape is a professional and reliable shop. Their communication is clear, shipping is fast, and thanks to their store I was able to purchase a product that is normally available almost only in the USA. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went.
I also had to request support for a technical issue with my Pulsar 510 DL Pipe, and the warranty process was handled exceptionally well. Ahmed K handled my case with great professionalism, responded quickly, and processed the warranty claim without any unnecessary complications. The replacement unit arrived very fast, and the whole process was smooth and clear.
Once again, I would like to thank Ahmed for his help.

At first I there was a problem with my order and the product I ordered was returned to the warehouse. I then made an enquiry as to why this had happened and was in contact with a guy named Ahmed who was extremely helpful and then sorted it very promptly and kept me updated on the progress of the order. When I received the product I was very happy with what I had purchased for the price.

Nice Support experience
Ahmed khaled was helping me with my complain absolutely perfect. After a very fast reaction the process was very fast and easy. It was comfortable. After the distributor was not reacting after 2 weeks i contacted Ahmed again and he was helping me immediately. It was great. At the same day i got the confirmation that they send the device by their own. It was a very nice and fast support. Unfortenaley the Distributor was the disturbing Part. Thermodyne Systems made a Great Job in supporting.
