I bought a 55” samsung 1 month ago. I intensively compared the prices and TV Reus price was best. Delivery made exactly as promised and without any complaint.

The delivery of my TV went well and on time, except the issues usually caused by dealing with PostNL.
As earlier read here, the Samsung TV is made in Hungary but I do not see a problem in that.
The reason I gave 4 stars is that I had ordered and paid the TV one month ago. The TV was available online but not in stock, I was reimbursed after one week and I had to order it again in three weeks paying 20 Euro more than the initial price.

Initially I was concerned about purchasing as the price was almost 25% cheaper for the TV I wanted compared to other online stores but reading the online reviews I was convinced to try. The delivery was done the following day, the TV was brand new, never opened or setup before and works perfectly. So overall a great experience, great service and great prices!

Very very bad company.
Their offer includes products which they do not have in stock. My advice : DO NOT ORDER unless you've checked with them that the product you want to buy is in stock.

I ordered a TV for delivery the next day. Having no news three day later, I contacted them. The guy on the phone told me not to worry, product was not in stock but soon back and will be delivered in the next 3 days. The guy by mail told me this is not in stock and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. He suggested two other models of TV which could be delivered the next day, but for a more expensive price... of course. So, two different stories.
Not happy, I asked to be refund. It took them a week to refund the money.
I will never ever order at TV reus again.

ordered a tv with these guys on 16th of themonth at 7am, after seeing all the bad reviews i cancelled my order when they opened at 11am on the 16th.
they still attempted to deliver the order on the next day, i can only guess in a vain attempt to keep my money, called again on the 17th and was told that the previous person who dealt with the order forgot to cancel it so was cancelled again and the refund issued yet again.

as of the 29th of this month there is still no refund after chasing it up again and again,
if the problems had been rectified on the 17th i would have happily left a decent review, sadly there is nothing that this company can do to fix the obvious mistakes they have made.
so this is why i leave a fully justified 1 star review half a month later with no money back and still waiting.

I ordered a TV from them, but there is no option to ask for a delivery date.
Immediately after paying for my order, I sent an email that the order MUST be delivered after 5 days, as I have not yet moved to the provided address.
Nobody responded, so I called their customer support and, surprisingly, my call was answered.
I informed the employee regarding the situation and she confirmed that this will not be a problem.
Later THE SAME DAY, however, I receive an email that they have shipped the TV.
I messaged them and asked them to contact PostNL, as they instructed me only the shipper can specify a delivery date.
There was absolutely no cooperation from TVReus - they never answered my many attempts to reach them by phone and never responded to my numerous emails.
The PostNL delivery guy left the TV next to the door of the empty apartment and signed (as myself) the order as having been accepted by me.
Thank God the people from the building went to check whether there is no note in front of the door.
Many problems with my order, huge stress, no cooperation and I definitely **DO NOT RECOMMEND** TVReus' services.

Thieves and criminals.
They claim lg stopped production, when we tell them to just refund they "find" a tv in the warehouse. When it gets delivered it turns out to be a returned tv, it was opened before (they claim we are liars). The tv is broken and instead of confirming to European law they point is to LG for support. The tv is not for the Belgian market, the plug does not fit. They call us liars, don't provide support, use a label they are not allowed to use.

They are criminals and should be shut down.

Mijn broer heeft in het Nederlands gereageerd, ik deed dat in het Engels. Jullie zijn in fout, niet wij.
Dan nog eens beweren dat wij leugenaars zijn, ik spuw op jullie praktijken.

It's a scam!! Don't buy here. Don't believe the good reviews, these are fake and probably written by themselves.
They sell you a NL tv on paper but deliver a hongarian model. After 6 months this tv doesn't work anymore. You don't have any warranty. They tell you to contact the producer because the first 2 years they give you a warranty. Soon you will be informed by the producer that your tv model is from eastern europa and it can't be fixed under warranty!
Contact your insurance for legal aid and file a complaint at your creditcard company. This is the only way you might see some money back.
Better: DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
