Very poor
Ordered an 'in stock' grow light off them and after repeatedly having to chase them for delivery (and being told it was coming in the next day) eventually gave up and cancelled after 3 MONTHS. Everyone has to make some allowances in the COVID-19 era but this was beyond that. No apologies throughout the whole process.
I have seen at another review site I am not alone in this experience.
