Booked my bike in for two new tyres. The tyre specialist identified 3 options to buy. He did not push me towards the highest value, he just explained each one. Then a very pleasant young lad booked me in. On the day, everyone I spoke too had a smile on their faces and couldn't have been more helpful. Turned out I needed new pads on the front and they checked with me before doing them. Although the final bill was not small (welcome to the world of biking) the service, friendliness and advice from Jessica made it quite painless. I've been a customer of Two Wheels since I bought my 1st bike off them some 30 years ago. Always a pleasant experience.

Never bought a helmet before, but had undertaken research online and with friends and family. Went here not sure what to expect, but couldn't be happier - the information given and the care taken by Lewis to make sure I had exactly the right helmet and the best possible fit was everything I could've wanted. I cannot rate them more highly and will definitely go back for everything else I might need!

I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to after my experience today.

I emailed Two Wheel Centre Mansfield yesterday as I couldn’t get the Blue Light Card discount to work online. By first thing this morning, Aimee had replied, offered to check stock for the items I wanted, and apply the discount for me.

A few emails later and everything was sorted, order placed, dispatch confirmed for tomorrow, and arriving before the Easter weekend. It was all just very easy… which makes a nice change.

Good customer service seems to be getting rarer, and anything that feels genuinely “above and beyond” is even rarer. This really stood out. Aimee is a real credit to the company and, based on this alone, I’ll definitely be using Two Wheel Centre again for anything motorcycle-related I need.

I arranged to have my motorbike transported to the site by the AA for a tyre replacement following a puncture roadside. My bike had to stay at the store for a few days to allow them to order the correct tyre and to fit it. Throughout the entire process they were fabulous. Every member of staff I met or spoke to over the phone were pleasant, courteous and very helpful. I have previously had my bike serviced here and they were better than a Triumph main dealer so I will continue to take my bike there in the future!

Fantastic service! Customer services kept me informed throughout the order and delivery process and the trousers I ordered arrived exactly on time in perfect condition. Stock a really wide range too, so I was able to order trousers that were not usually available.

I have been doing my CBT with these guys for years now and I have just passed my DAS. Judith and Nick are both amazing instructors who make you feel at ease and help you to enjoy the process. If anyone is looking to do there CBT or DAS I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Been riding bikes all my life but this place is the "best" bike shop i have ever dealt with. A first class service with trusted technicians and a friendly family atmosphere.

Completed my CBT and DAS with these guys, all I can say is amazing instructors and always training you above the rest, passed first time from the effort and dedication from the instructors, want a test pass visit these guys at two wheels.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, do a great job. I will be using them from now on.

Ordered Stomp tank grip/protector for my motorbike. They contacted me to say stock for my make and model was not available and delivery will be delayed by 3 weeks, but they have chased US manufactures. Aimee me informed on progress of the order and it was delivered as promised. Great price and service.

Called in with an issue with my Givi top case key , Lewis sorted me a new tumbler and keys , and then fitted it into the case for me . First class service , well done Lewis and Two Wheels .

I was looking online for a lower seat for my Vstrom 650, Two Wheel Centre came up in a search, a quick phone call to check fitment and it was delivered in 2 days, excellent seat and excellent service, helpful staff, easy to order/pay online, good price.

We have just purchased our bike from Bill at the Two Wheel Centre. Bill is extremely approachable, friendly, professional and understanding. Bill kept in contact with regular updates plus dealt with all the DVLA paperwork for us. The rest of the staff also made us feel very welcome. A reasonable P/X price was given for our bike, plus it was an easy transaction for the rest of the purchase price. Delivery of our "new" bike and pick up of our P/X was on time and equally as professional by the delivery driver. Apologies, we have forgotten your name but thanks, it was a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully our "new" bike will live up to the same high standards as this dealership has shown us during the buying process. We highly recommend the Two Wheel Centre and will hopefully deal with them again one day, when we eventually hang up our boots. Kind regards Paul and Sue.

Went to buy winter gloves. The only way the service could have been better would have been if they had bought them for me. Excellent service from the young man who was interested in what I rode. Felt awful after leaving as didn't ask what he rode. Everyone is really friendly and super helpful.

From the minute I entered the Mansfield shop I was welcomed warmly. The bike sales team helped me to understand what I was getting and advised me well on alternatives.

Upstairs, the accessories and clothing team did a great job. Excellent advice and assistence there too!

And today my Burgmann was delivered and handed over very competently. I should add here, that it was raining all day, so I haven't been out yet, but Matt (the delivery guy) took his time to show me through all the nitty gritties.

I've ridden two wheelers from the late 60s (Honda 50 "Engine in the wheel"), Lambrettas, Triumph Trophies, Suzi trailbike TS 180 (something) and most recently BMWs and Bandits. Of the many Biker shops I have visited, the mansfield family looks like the best crew across the many countries I have biked in.
