Just wanted say thank you to Bill at Two Wheel Centre, just p/x my CBF1000 for a V1, professional service throughout, good information & time given re new bike without being pushy, delivered on time & p/x taken away by friendly helpful driver, Highly recommended.
Would use again for any future bike.

Could not fault the service I recieved from all at Two Wheel Centre, recently purchased a motorbike, from enquiry to reciept of the bike down in Plymouth everyone I dealt with Polite and Professional and the service i recieved was exceptional. Thanks to all.

Just wanted to share my extremely postivie experience with the two wheel centre customer services. In particular, Aimee who has been an absolute star in helping me with my suzuki katana jacket order and exchange. The customer concern, care and communication has been impeccable and well recieved. Such a professional attitude and attention to detail. Thank you so much again Aimee. A pleasure using this company! Highly reccommend!

called into the shop today in the afternoon 21st October to look at the helmet selection, looking for the flip type.traveling from Doncaster back to derby had problem with bolt missing from satnav mount.Asked one of the staff for help, he found a replacement bolt free of charge .My thanks go to you cheers Rob Fetherston of derby.

I went in for a specific helmet and Karl was extremely helpful helping source it. They did not have it in stock, but he got the dealers to deliver it, with the non-standard cheek pads, the following morning.
I also bought some jeans and he fitted the hip and knee armour.

Karl could not have been any more helpful - a completely customer focussed very amiable chap, making this is a great experience. Even though it is over an hour away from my house, I will definitely be going back.

As a transplant from across the pond I was struggling to find a service tech in the area. Not only was the team at Two Wheels able to help me find a retail outlet, the assembly was spot on, prompt, and delivered to the front door. Extremely happy and will continue to use Two Wheels in the future..

Went with intentions of swapping my bike that day. Good choice of bikes and friendly staff but I’m still bewildered about not being able to test ride the bike before you buy one. I’ve never heard anything so queer in my life ‘we like you to seal the deal first’ - I didn’t buy the bike I had intended to because of this odd rule.

I went to look at a bike and there was no pressure, I was offered coffee on arrival. The sales team are not high pressure and a deal was done. the bike was delivered by Pete who unloaded it as though it was his own and was thoroughly pleasant. The bike is exactly what I wanted but if I ever change , I will certainly try to buy off this business in the future

There was a delay in the accessory I had ordered coming in from Suzuki which meant I had to wait but this was immediately communicated by Aimee. I was also informed that the parts had come in and were being despatched.

Everything arrived in first class condition and look great on the bike!

Excellent customer service, intial order was delayed due stock availability from manufacturer (covid), Aimee,was very helpful, e-mails and to speak to. The jacket and boots arrived within few days from dispatch, I now have a very happy brother, who is delighted with his new gear.

Everyone at the two wheel centre is very kind and polite. Really enjoyed my time there will definitely be returning. They make you feel so welcome.

Saturday 3rd July 2021.
I was passing and decided to call in for information on a bike. It was fairly late .

I got talking to Andy. Nothing was too much trouble.
Long story short I purchased a used Suzuki V Strom.
Bike was ready Following Wednesday for collection.
Everything was smooth and a pleasant experience.

Top class service and experience.

Following week I had problems with the battery. Instantly they changed the battery, no questions asked.

I can not strongly enough praise and recommend Two Wheel Centre, Mansfield.

Still grinning like a mad man, every time in out on my bike.

From turning up to first look at a bike the showroom staff and sales people where polite, answered all questions and very helpful. Someone pipped me to the bike I was after however got a phone call couple weeks later and was available again. On collection of the bike beaded up stairs to look at helmets and jackets, the guys up in the shop where massively helpful and knowledgeable. I now understand why everyone I speak to recommend this place, cracking service.

Stayed late to sort the me out on the day I purchased the bike, after sales has been great. Friendly team. Thanks
