I cannot rate my experience of buying a second hand bike from the Two Wheel Centre highly enough, a very positive experience from start to finish.
Because of covid I was buying the bike without seeing it in the flesh but after I was sent videos and had a good chat with Bill I was confident in the purchase. The staff I dealt with (Bill and Peter) were both fantastic, they know their stuff and are really helpful. When the bike was delivered I was over the moon with it, the bike is fab and I got it for a fair price, I highly recommend the Two wheel Centre.

I ordered the wrong size of gloves and returned them with no issues at all. I was given a call and updated on exchange progress and when to expect delivery. A fantastic service that I will use again😊

Delay in getting boots but that was my fault and Aimee was very helpful on the phone and email. Nice boots at a good price but too narrow for me, having already gone up a size from normal, I couldn't get them on. Decided next size would probably not fit either, so am returning today.

Judging by how helpful and friendly Aimee was the Two Wheel Centre is trustworthy and reliable store to use.

Having looked far and wide for my new bike, I was lucky enough to see one at Two Kings. I had spoken to many dealerships during a two month period and found mixed results for the level of service given.

After a phone call to Steve you could tell he knew his stuff. Friendly, approachable and more than happy to go the extra mile for his customers. We spoke on a number of occasions over the next two weeks, each time he answered my annoying questions, never once feeling pressured into buying.

Ok/Good service is fairly easy to find but outstanding service is a rare thing these days.

You can buy with confidence from Kings. The prices are more than fair, the stock is in great condition but, most importantly, you will be looked after.

I cannot fault the customer service when purchasing my Bonneville from The Two Wheel Centre, from start to finish you are treated in a first class manner, questions are answered, staff are polite, and the bike is great, cheerfully delivered in adverse weather & traffic conditions with time spent going over everything during handover. I was in two minds buying a bike online during lockdown, I needn't have been as everything is as it should be. Thankyou to everyone at The Two Wheel Centre.

I did my training through the school (Judith) which was a fantastic time. I’ve just had my bike MOT’D and serviced from the first call to Jessica to picking the bike up the service as been first class polite informative can’t recommend them highly enough
