Stuck in Warsaw
I received an email to encourage me to post my review to rate my recent experience. It is not good. Unfortunately, I still have not received my Volspeed. I ordered on 25/11/24. I followed up with the tracking number supplied. It was received by the carrier on 27/11. However, it has been stuck in Warsaw since 29/11 awaiting international departure. Not all the fault of Two Wheels Empire, but I wished they chose a more reliable carrier. I hope I get it before Christmas…

You selected our Free Shipping option, which typically takes 10-20 business days for delivery to customers in Australia. This method relies on standard tracked mail, and as mentioned, tracking updates may only appear once the package is scanned at key transit points.
Currently, it has been 11 business days since dispatch, which is well within the estimated delivery window. We regularly ship to Australia using this option and have found it to be reliable, though some destinations experience occasional delays in tracking visibility, particularly at the handover stage between international and local carriers.
