Downside was that DPD would not leave as nobody home so I had to go to the Post Office to collect, defeats the object really. Perhaps for lower value parcels the sign for could be cut out?

Your website site stated that the order was still processing although when I queried this I was told the order was dispatched.

We have bought the RB3000 scissor lift, we installed it ourselves which wenk ok but rather slowly, the instructions could have been clearer, and the information says a small amount of self build is required, this I feel is not accurate as it required a fair bit of in depth knowledge, if we did it again we would get the Tyre Bay engineers to do the installation.
When it was installed we had a problem getting the two ramps to level at the same height, this is ware Neil who is the product Director came in, he was most helpful trying to resolve the problem on the phone, when this was not possible he came out to our workshop the next day, after an initial inspection Neil decided to come out another day to resolve the problem, I cannot speak highly enough of Tyre Bay direct, there professionalism is excellent, and Neil did not give up until he resolved a problem.

the images are different to what the product is and when i asked to return they did not refund the shippings costs. very upset, be careful when buying

Neal Called me back within a few hours to help with a fault with my machine which I bought from them several years ago, he quickly diagnosed the fault, send out replacement part, then video called me to set calibration,very high level of knowledge on my machine,excellent service

Although i wasnt the original buyer of my balancer, the aftersales/service department diagnosed my problem and talked me through the process of recalibration of my machine. I cant fault my experience and i know when i need some more equipment i will definitely buy from them.
