Great service. Place the order on line, got a call from them to organise the delivery, spoke to a guy called Ant. Couldn't have been more helpful. the two post car lift got delivered today. Delivery driver again who is great. No issues at all and couldn't have been politer and more helpful. So fall from the self five out of five

I had a couple of questions before placing my order and the customer service person was very helpful and was not in a rush to get me off the phone. Made making the right decision about the purchase much easier.

Great little product. Had to get a replacement for my main kit and this does the job perfectly

A mistake by myself led to a very pleasant experience on the phone with a very nice lady who far from sounding condescending fixed my error and got my goods out to me the next day, if I was a full time tyre fitter this would be the kind of shop and service I’d be looking for.

Brilliant quick service, struggles a little with the website but other than that I can’t fault it :)

My order was still "processing" nearly a week after I ordered, but my telephone enquiry on Friday afternoon was efficiently dealt with and followed up with a message on Monday morning to say my parcel would arrive the following day, which it did. A one-off processing error it would seem, but luckily I was in no hurry to receive it.

They always been great to me. And Always a great service and great prices nice lads

Excellent customer service... Tyre soap in the quantities I'd ordered weren't available. I was contacted and the next size up offered as a replacement at the same price. Good old fashioned customer service. Excellent communication, so highly recommended.

The gentleman I spoke to, explaining my problem I had with another company, especially their complete lack of customer service/interaction, was exceptional, he called the supplier that day and came back to me with assurance the item would be delivered in a prompt space of time.
It arrived the day after I ordered it, and I received a call back to make sure everything had gone smoothly.
I cannot thank the Company enough. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to.
