We did however offer and add a £30 goodwill credit to your account. You purchased from our Redback range which is our budget range, designed for people that want to save by building/ installing themselves. This is made clear during the sale and so, in this case, would have been chargeable for set up.

Anthony has now dealt with my orders on 2 occasions, very helpful and polite and noticed our previous order ... can’t recommend more he knows his equipment from the conversation had, haven’t needed to use the “help or after service” but certainly wouldn’t think twice of doing with how Anthony has dealt with anything we asked from enquiry to buying. Top class service delivery over Xmas 2019 was as agreed and the delivery driver was top class in rush hour so made him a brew minus the bacon butty as we had none left!! Give the guys a pay rise but price increase.
Thanks again look forward to purchasing from you soon. 100% service from start to end.

5 years ago purchased unite u820 balancer through tyrebay direct recently had faults with calibration on machine.having spoken to Anthony and Neil on aftersales /Sales I can only leave the highest praise their support and follow up is second to none and would reccomend buying a machine getting good value and brilliant after sales service and a result we have a 100% 5 year machine along with order for newmachine

Great Service, found delivery to Highlands a bit steep on-line gave them a call and spoke with Anthony, sorted out the delivery costs plus an upgrade in one of the products I was ordering, Top Man Anthony, enjoyed the craic and banter, happy days.
