Still waiting
I required all that was necessary to perform a professional tyre repair on a motorcycle tyre. Problem was not all that I required turned up. Still unable to do the repair and now having to wait another two weeks for the order to be completed. On the website it should show whether the parts are in stock at time of order . If I'd known that I would have had to wait this long I would have gone to a different supplier.

I use Tyre Bay Direct regularly and sometimes the delivery takes too long and I also hate the fact that there are no part numbers on the boxes of tyre weights. This is just my personal bug bear.

RE your slow delivery, we do aim to dispatch all orders placed by 3pm on the same day. We use DPD and if we have a correct email and mobile number you will receive automatic notifications. All deliveries are tracked via DPD and you should receive an email with a tracking number so you can see in real time the progress of your delivery. poor service
not all my first order was in stock and still waiting on second complete order. Had to contact to find out what the hold up was as hadn't heard anything from the the supplier. Am having to wait 2 weeks for items to hopefully be in stock.
