I booked a slot on Friday to have a tyre fitted on Saturday and received a call from the fitting garage confirming this. I received an email late on Friday saying there was an unforeseen stock shortage and it could not now be fitted till Monday. I replied asking for a slot for Mon am but received no confirmation.

I have just phoned tyresavings.com to find out that the tyre was delivered to F1 in Burton at 7am today (Saturday). Therefore, I could have had the tyre fitted in my original slot! The woman I spoke to at tyresavings.com phoned F1 to see if I could still have it fitted today, and called me back saying that this was not possible, but it was now booked for Monday. I phoned F1 and they confirmed they were too busy to now fit it today, and I was not booked in for Monday. They have now booked me in for this slot. This means I will have to leave work and make the time back.

The customer service I received from tyresavings.com was atrocious. They are totally incompetent and I will not be using them again.

Complete time wasters. Do not bother they are useless. Ordered my tyres 6 days in advance. When I turned up in the fitting garage they informed me the tyres aren’t there. No apologies at all they are not bothered even the slightest. Complete and utter time wasters DO Not Bother

Was a bit sceptical by using this online company, but it led me to lodge tyres Kirkby, where I purchased 2 tyres and I found the whole experience a very good thing, had no problems at all, the guy at Lodge tyres had trouble getting my wheels off as my locking wheel nut was a bit dodgy so he sorted that out and I had two other wheel locking bolts spare from my other locking nut and replaced them which I thought that was good of him.

Booked time off work to have tyres fitted for them to say day before they have issues with stock. When I told them how annoyed this was response was it’s in there terms and conditions. The lady even had the cheek to say we offered you a appointment next day as I should apparently work around them not like I have work to go. Couldn’t even say sorry here’s 5% off money hungry!! In the end I got my tyres from tyre shoppers.com no issues!

Useless.. Booked thru these clowns to have tyres fitted with local company to find out day before when I bothered to confirm appointment that they didn't do online fitting at weekends. Got no help from either party. Will be going elsewhere... I suggest the same.

I recently sourced and ordered some types to be fitted Via this company.....luckily I did not pay....when the fitting service was selected I received confirmation that all was ok. On arriving at the fitting address I discover that the fitters had closed Their site. I complained to TyreSavings and received confirmation that the fitting outlet had moved one the records had not been updated......people can’t waist time sense checking such providers

First time i,ve used this company. Ordered 2 tyres online. Got confirmation straight away with fitting time in 48 hrs. Arrived at discount tyres Kippax Leeds five mins Early. nice cheerful fitter greeted me. 15 minutes
Later tyres fitted and on my way. Best tyre fitting experience ever. Will be using again.

Awful. Turned up at Tyre place at right time. Manager of garage dismissive saying they hadn’t sent tyres and can’t do anything. No contact prior to this from either the garage or this company. Now stuck!

great from start to finish

Good bits - tyres ordered online, delivered correctly and on time.
Bad bits - used STONEACRE HALIFAX, what an utter shambles. Website said fitting would be between 9:30-10:30. Arrived promptly to be told website is wrong will take about 2 1/2 hours. To fit four tyres?!!!!
Rearranged all my appointments and went into town. Came back after
2 1/2 hours, still not ready. A stud had been cross threaded so they had to order a new one. After four hours I was losing the will!!!
Eventually after four and a half hours!!! It was ready, unfortunately the shoddy service had not ended there. They had the audacity to charge me for the new stud!!! You couldn’t write it. WHATEVER YOU DO GIVE STONEACRE HALIFAX A WIDE BERTH THEY ARE AN UTTER JOKE. I WOULDN’T BUY A DINKY TOY OFF THE CLOWNS.

Just turned up to have 2 tyres fitted and was told that my tyres are not in stock- I booked and received confirmation 7 days ago.
Chap in garage says this is a regular occurrence.
Lesson learned, I didn’t save the money that they promise and I now have to start all over again and my time is valuable.

Have to agree with other reviews on here, ordered 3 tyres and got order confirmation. Turned up at Garage who had never heard of my booking or tyresavings.com, then to add insult the garage said the price was for supply only and only correct this when i told them i had used them before at this same Garage when the same problem happened.

They really need to get the interface between themselves and the garage sorted out. Wont use this site again and will try elsewhere,....as others have said what is the point of being given an order confirmation and time but the garage doesnt know anything about it.

ad a good first time experience
Had a good first time experience with Tyresavngs.com (Jan 2020) The tyre price was the best around. Wilco Motosave fitted in Leeds Roseville Road - also very helpful and tyre was paid for after fitting so no risk of mishap. Good idea is to phone fitters to confirm fitting appointment which is what Motosave recommended. Also phone fitters to check tyres have arrived before setting off

After booking through TyreSavings.com, I received booking confirmation to be at the garage (formula one Colchester) at a certain time and turns out they never booked me in for an appointment. The garage were fully booked for the day so they were unable to fit me in. What’s the point in sending booking confirmation if they don’t contact the garage first - absolute pointless service!!

Same as many people on here. Ordered tyres, got confirmation mail of booking and later confirmation tyres had been dispatched. Turned up at the allotted time to find the tyre fitter had no record or idea about my booking and no tyres had been delivered. Totally poor service.

Terrible experience in what it should be a straightforward job in changing the tyres in formula one autocentre. Have to return again as as the booking was not done on the specified date. Picked up more problems in the car than it was left in. May be it is because of lack of accountability & reliability in servicing for online orders. Better avoid them, and save your time & money.

Wished I read previous reviews. Set of 4 tyres came on time, but that where all problems started. 2 months,6 times and 2 diffrent garages to try to balance tyres. Final recommendations - faulty tyres. I raised query to Customer Service and sent them back. 10 weeks later I found out that they didn't send them even to manufacturer! I've been told to wait another 12 weeks for inspection!
True-tyres are cheaper than on other sites ( Blackcircles etc), but you get what you paid for.
Never ever! They sell cheap, doggy tyres.

I ordered my tyre before reading any reviews and honestly I'm glad I did because I think the poor reviews would have put me off unnecessarily. Tyre was the cheapest I could find anywhere, had it delivered to a link tyres outlet a mile from home within 24hrs and at a time I chose. Arrived at the time agreed, confirmed my name and the tyres ordered handed over my key and sat down in the lobby. Approximately 30 minutes later my tyres were fitted and I paid my bill. I don't know what more they could have done to of made my experience any better. I will definitely use the service again and wouldn't hesitate recommending to others.

Absolutely shocking service. A wasted trip to the fitter after ordering and being assured my tyres would be fitted today between 12.30-13.30. Arrived at fitter and they had no idea I was coming and then I found out they never know when people are coming because Tyre Savings doesn’t tell them, they wait for you to turn up then they call Tyre Savings for the invoice. What a complete disgrace of a service. Eventually waited an hour for the invoice to arrive only to be told they made an error and the tyres won’t even arrive at the fitter until Monday. Will never use again or recommend to anyone, appalling

Ok I ordered 4 tyres online and to be fitted at a garage . They sent me to ford stone acre at cleckheaton and had to be there at 10.30 Thursday . They took my wheels and tyres off then came and told me we did not have your tyres and tried to sell me some others. I rang the online company and they told me the tyres had been signed for on the 2nd of July. So were are my tyres?. Ford we don't know . Old tyres back on . Got car back all Windows open air con on and radio on full . and awaiting a phone call. Back here at stone acre Ford cleckheaton Friday at 10.30 . After Sat for over 2hrs tyres on. Please do not use stone acre at cleckheaton
