Excellent experience
Excellent experience - sorted us out with a vehicle at the last minute during an extremely busy home buying/selling period. Lauren was the point of contact at the desk and was friendly, engaging and helpful. Everything was very clearly explained, quick and professional.

All sound, highly recommended
First line of contact is excellent, flawless attention at desk, all clearly explained and very transparent in policies of damage and insuring waivers. The company has very strict procedures in vehicle checks and inspection of pre-existing damage to protect both customer and company. Vehicles can't be faulted and the prices are more than reasonable. Definitely repeat if needed again.

I had a great customer service when picking up a small van. The staff was amazing whilst explaining the process-very friendly, warm and beaming with positive energy (you rock TY!)

Hired a van from Southampton U-Drive
Hired a van from Southampton U-Drive, brought it home and locked the keys in the back of the van! Used U-Drives recovery who couldn’t get in either and thought my day was over! Called UDrive who said to get it recovered to the yard and they will sort a replacement. By the time I was at the yard I was almost immediately leaving again in a different van. Second to none service from The Southampton U-Drive team! Thank you!
