Ubisoft are the WORST game development…
Ubisoft are the WORST game development studio to date. Their customer service is non-existent, their ability to create games is miniscule nowadays. Connectivity to their services is always a struggle, with constant lag and stutter but when you raise it as a bug, they just close tickets because "we can't replicate it" which also confirms that they don't actually know the shoddy level of product they spew in to the market and then wonder why they have to close studios because people just wont but their garbage.

Customer Support for this company is mind blowingly bad. Ive been in public relations for about 7 years in total now. The amount of things they have you do, and amount of information they ask for even after providing proof of purchase is un real. They now promote cross platform progression except for if you already ran the game on 2 different platforms, good luck getting all other progression stats to one. Ive been going back and forth with support for 2 days now, providing all info they ask for, until they asked for diving into owner files on my computer and log files. With various steps to even screen shot it. But once you find it, it's likely not what they asked for. INSANE that when a customer purchases an item no one seems to help. Further more, removing the option of talking to an actual person over the phone is equally as insane. So, cool, make a support tab, and make it all electronic. If I could leave a 0 star review that wouldnt be low enough. If I could post a negative star review, I would. To Ubisoft Support: these people are SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY, discounted rate or not. They are still buying your game. No other words other than, do better.

A very illegal thing happened in their game - in Rainbow Six Siege in YOUTUBE LIVESTREAM, but they are not banning anyone. I tried to submit a support case, but their website is literally not working, it says that there was a problem with submitting the report. I tried it 11 times, it didn't work. I can't contact them on X, they are not answering. Now I'm considering to file a law complaint against this company.

I still have access to the account (through sms code) but i no longer have access to the email registered, so i contacted to change emails. Their response was always the same, misunderstanding my query (saying they understand i dont have access to the account) and keeping me in a hamster wheel of explaining the issue and failing to provide a solution. In short, no way to change email if you lose access to it.

I am having a problem with my hacked Ubisoft account. Whenever I try to open games that I purchased from Epic Games or Steam, a message appears stating that the game is linked to another email address, which appears to be a Russian account.
I submitted a support ticket to Ubisoft on August 13, 2025, but have not yet received a reply. On the other hand, at the same day My Epic Games Account got hacked, Epic Games replied within an hour and got back my Epic Games Account, But Ubisoft Teams are irresponsible, this shows a complete lack of customer support and security. I have created another ticket let's see if they give me positive reply then its ok, otherwise, I am having a thought that I lost all my money on the games like AC Odyssey Ultimate Edition, AC Origins Gold Edition, AC Mirage Deluxe Edition, Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Rayman Adventures, and thank GOD I didn't buy AC Shadows that would have been hacked before even complete its first mission. I strongly advise players not to purchase any games or services from Ubisoft. If your account gets hacked, you will very likely lose access permanently, no matter how much proof you provide.

Ubisoft does not return stolen accounts
My Ubisoft account was stolen on August 2nd. I noticed it on August 4th and immediately contacted Ubisoft Support with all the necessary proof of ownership. Since then, I have sent multiple tickets, but Ubisoft only responded with automated messages and eventually stopped replying at all.
Unlike other platforms such as Steam, Epic, or GOG, where account recovery takes less than a day, Ubisoft refuses to return access to a stolen account even when you provide full proof of ownership.
This shows a complete lack of customer support and security. I strongly advise players not to purchase any games or services from Ubisoft. If your account gets hacked, you will very likely lose access permanently, no matter how much proof you provide.
Absolute incompetence
If you have a problem regarding your Ubisoft account, the customer service wont lift a finger to help you. You can send all the evidence there is, but you're still gonna get a non human response from them.

After someone changed my name without my knowledge or authorisation, they still cannot change it back for me due to the 30 day waiting period.
I am now forced to play games with this awful name that I HAVE NOT CHANGED.
They are unwilling to help, flag my name, or whatever.
I just get the same answer, no help and just have to wait 28 days (4 WEEKS!!) to change it again.

I got my account hacked and the person that hacked it changed the email and everything linked to it and even though i showed them clear proof of me owning the account (transactions, purchase histories, videos of me playing) they refused to help get my account back because they hadnt verified that i owned the account?? (they sent a verification email to the hackers email😭) ubisoft support is full of imcompetent idiots who get paid to not know how to do their job right.

My account was hacked and even after providing clear proof of ownership, Ubisoft refuses to return my access. Support only gives automatic replies and does nothing to solve the problem.
I do not recommend anyone to create a Ubisoft account or buy games tied to Ubisoft Connect.
