Worst support team of all time
Worst support team of all time. They aren’t even trying to help. And let’s not start talking about their servers. Their UI app is so slow. Everything about them just disgusts me. How does this company still exist.
My account got stolen, and the hacker changed my Ubisoft accounts mail. I told the Ubisoft support, and then they said they would send me a link somewhere. I told them that I hadn’t got any link sent to any of my mails. That was it, they told me they couldn’t help me further. How is a company this big so lazy. The fact that they are not even trying to help their customers.

Terrible Copy Pasted Customer Service
After hours of gameplay on both Xbox and PC I am unable to log into my account due to losing access to the device and email attached to the account. I have provided the emails name, details and proof that this was my account but that I am unable to change the email, or access the game due to losing access to said email. Numerous support tickets lead to copy pasted answers that were not even completed sentences... stating all they can do is send verification to the missing email. After several back and forth tickets they then marked the account to be suspended and the only way to stop it? Clicking a link to said email! When you accept the loss of your hours of ranked play and unique skins... by creating a new account... the game doesn't even want to let you log in to a new email because its linked to the old one.
Good luck trying to get back hacked account
For some reason my account got hacked like with most people here. Even though I did nothing to create that issue, even have 2FA enabled. My account still has the same name but the email is different. I'm able to access my account through games I bought on Steam so I can see that the email is changed to a email that doesn't exist. Support just uses ai to send you boring automated messages saying we take security very serious but you can't prove you own the account as they dont provide options for ways to prove that I own the account. Despite other support services providing that.
Good luck trying to get your account back with their clearing ai system. 11 year old account down the drain with all my games and data. Ubisoft should just not exist at this point and just let steam do everything now. Ubisoft connect sucks ass when wanting to play a game that requires it.

Tried to get my account back with a deleted email that was tied to my steam account and the Indian support team just told me that they could not do anything after I gave them plenty of proof that it is my account. I feel like these people dont even have the ability to change the account details for anyone as it is that pitiful. This is no way to run a company and I will never buy anything Ubisoft for as long as they can delete your accounts with your purchases on it and then not give it back. Luckily the R6 siege account didn't have much on it so I just made a new one.
My partner account got hacked
My partner account got hacked, and they absolutely did nothing about it after showing receipts of the games purchased from them. Cause we couldn´t show proves of the ownership of this account. A Hacked Account, we couldnt show ownership of a Hacked Account....does that makes sense at all? the hackers of course changed the email and all the information of it. so yeah ! great to know this company seems to just care about stealing from their players.

Banned after 937+ hours - Ubisoft refuses to explain or review
I have been permanently banned from Rainbow Six Siege on pc, despite having over 937 hours played and no history of cheating or account sharing. The alleged reason given was “fluctuating rank,” yet my rank has been declining, not spiking.
I opened multiple appeal tickets (cases number 24236692, 24197758, and 24210655) and provided my match history and rank proof. Each time, Ubisoft closed my appeal with the exact same automated response, providing:
No evidence
No specific match IDs or timestamps
No confirmation of human review
After years of loyalty, I am left with a permanent ban and no transparency. All I am asking for is a proper human-led review and evidence of the alleged violation.
If Ubisoft can ban players without proof and refuse to explain, it raises serious concerns about fairness and accountability.

I’ve been locked out of my account for days because I’m not receiving password reset emails.
I followed every step Ubisoft recommended: whitelisted their addresses, checked spam folders, even offered a new email address and successfully verified my identity.
Ubisoft themselves told me to provide a new email, which I did. Then they simply replied that they “can’t help me for security reasons.”
It’s the most frustrating support experience I’ve ever had. I only received copy-paste answers. No one took real responsibility. In the end, they just closed the ticket without a solution.
I’ve spent money on Ubisoft games and now I can’t access my account, and no one seems to care.
I will avoid Ubisoft in the future. This is not how you treat your players.
Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time, this is the worst support i've ever seen. Worst expreience, if your account is hacked or compromised you don't have any chance getting it back, even with every proof needed.

Not only do they lie, scam and cheat. But they will happely give out our account and personal information andd ddo nothing to help you get it back, as you end up in a never ending loop with the AI claiming it can't reset the account if the e mail has been changed by the hacker. "As they take personal information seriosly", eventhough they changed it before without chechking who they changed it for and without the person knowing the password, as they just give them a new one after the e-mail is changed.

My ubisoft account got hacked, my username is elfonso03, I sent all the proof, they kept the same username, I still have access using My Steam account or Epic games that has games linked to it, Ubisoft still refuses to allow to change the email and password. It is a shame, I keep getting the same bot responding back, no human interaction at all.
Ubisoft Support Ignored My Account Hack and Won’t Help Me
I’ve been trying to recover my Ubisoft account KenGyattsonnnnn for over a month after it was hacked. The hacker changed the email, password, and recovery info. I sent Ubisoft support proof of ownership, including a Google Doc with full login history and account info. They closed my ticket multiple times without looking at the evidence, claiming the "investigation is complete." I know the login came from a foreign IP address in South Korea (59...30) and Ubisoft still refuses to help or escalate to someone who will actually review my case. I’ve contacted the BBB as well, and I’ll continue sharing this experience publicly until Ubisoft properly investigates my account recovery request. Please do not trust Ubisoft support if your account gets hacked because they will ignore you and close your case without doing anything.

I just wanted to take a moment of my day to inform you that I am not mad, I am just disappointed. You have failed not only yourself but the giants who built a gaming industry worth remembering. I lament your death, I hold fondly on your past. What you have become is the equivalent of a man watching another man pleasure his "loving wife". I could elaborate however you're to busy being flaccid in sound judgement and I definitely would not like to bother you as you watch your empire burn to the ground. You tried being woke and failed, when you had the opportunity to build credit - ie support for - "stop Killing Games" - you doubled down with your opinions as you believe yourself to be untouchable - the only thing untouchable about you is your games. You're trash and I say this with all disrespect. You can call me what you like, might even shrug it. However you cannot escape the impending doom of financial backers leaving In waves. Pathetic.
Unhelpful customer support.
Customer support seems to be 100% automated by chat bots that give canned responses that basically boil down to "We won't help you".
For context my account got hijacked (email and password changed) and I couldn't do the standard password recovery, I sent them invoices, bank statements from over a decade ago, basically a ton of info that could verify me and the responses I've got were always vague and completely unhelpful.
update: I managed to get the account back 3 months later by writing a complaint to the ECC, who used all my documentations (invoices, tickets, etc) to file a more formal complaint with Ubisoft, which in turn forced Ubisoft to put me in contact with an actual person.
If you find yourself in my original position, contact the BBB or ECC if you're in Europe.
Stupid Suport
I honestly don’t understand how Ubisoft’s support can be this incompetent. My account was clearly hacked — the email was changed to one that has NOTHING to do with me (screenshot attached as proof), and I provided every bit of evidence I could, including original account info.
What did I get in return? A rejection. No explanation. Just a cold “we can’t help you.”
And to make it worse? I got a warning for complaining. Are you kidding me?
I lost access to everything I paid for, everything I played for YEARS. And instead of helping, you treat your users like garbage? Why is it so easy to change the email on an account without serious verification?
Ubisoft clearly doesn't care about account security or customer support. I'm beyond disappointed. If nothing changes, this won’t be the last place I expose this mess.
Ubisoft creates bad games
Unfortunately, Ubisoft seems to be ruining some of their most beloved series, like Assassin’s Creed and others. Instead of delivering exciting and well-crafted games, they often release rushed, bug-ridden titles that disappoint longtime fans.
New Assassin's Creed Shadows. I just can't play it with normal FPS, on 4060. And gameplay rather inspires you to click "Quit" than going on.
It’s sad to see such promising franchises lose their charm due to corporate greed and poor management.

Ubisoft have terrible support, my account got hacked and even after sending them all the usernames linked with my account / transaction history going back 10 years and showing proof of linked account they just send an automated message saying case closed as i cant prove the account is mine, this is after an email where they confirmed it was my account and where sending a verification email which obvs went to the hackers account, AVOID UBISOFT you will lose 10 years of purcahses and get no help Ubisoft Support Ticket: 24061442
Very Disappointing and Ineffective Ubisoft Support
I faced a serious issue with my Ubisoft account and repeatedly tried to recover it through their support. Unfortunately, all I received were automated responses and being redirected to forms with no real help. Despite providing all required evidence, my case was ignored, which is very frustrating. I hope Ubisoft improves its customer support and treats customers’ problems with the seriousness they deserve
