Ubisoft locked me out of my hacked account and refused to help
I contacted Ubisoft Support after my account was hacked. I provided clear proof that I’m the rightful owner — including payment receipts, account history, and personal info.
Even after all that, they refused to return the account and closed my case, claiming they “couldn’t verify ownership.” The hacker still has full access, while I’m locked out of my own account.
I’ve spent money on this account, and Ubisoft has done nothing to help. Their support responses were copy-pasted, unhelpful, and they refused to escalate the case.

I’ve also reached out on Twitter and Reddit, with no meaningful response. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like this after being a loyal player.
I’m asking for Ubisoft to take this seriously and properly investigate my case.

I lost access to my Ubisoft account after it was clearly hacked. Someone changed the password and email. I still had access to the original email for a while and tried to reset the password, but Ubisoft never sent the reset link. Eventually, I lost access completely.
I contacted Ubisoft Support and provided clear proof of ownership, including:

Despite all of this, they kept sending automated responses saying they couldn't verify the account. They never asked me for identity verification or gave me any chance to properly prove ownership. Just the same copy-paste response over and over.
Their system is broken. Their customer support is completely unhelpful. Their policies are rigid, unclear, and dismissive of real users who have spent real money.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on Ubisoft games, and now I have lost access to all of them. Ubisoft Support does not care. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.
I will never buy another Ubisoft title again. This company does not deserve a loyal customer base.

A formal official invitation to test Anno 117: Pax Romana was sent by a fellow team player. No consistent solution was given to resolving a seemingly blocked beta testing invitation. The usual web browser troubleshooting guide and delay tactics was given. Not dealing with the problem = dealing with the problem is their company philosophy.

These dumbasses have backroom open for hackers to enter! I had phone number protection enabled, 2 face authenticator enabled and somehow still hacker manage to remove everything! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ubisoft has become the prime example of everything wrong with modern gaming. Their games are overloaded with pointless markers, hand-holding mechanics, and zero room for player discovery or creativity. Every title feels more like a checklist simulator than an immersive experience. Add to that an aggressive push for microtransactions in full-priced games—it's shameless. And let’s not ignore the leadership: the tone from the top reeks of greed, branding the company with a shallow, profit-first identity that caters only to shareholders and the French corporate bubble. Ubisoft has lost it soul...

I have been speaking to Ubisoft through email for over 4 hours to prove I own a game which I have sent 3 different receipts for the game. They are refusing to give me the game. Even after acknowledging the receipts. I'm perplexed that they think its okay to treat people like this.
Update: They have blocked me from emailing them. I literally have proof of purchase for games and because I am trying so hard to get my games I paid for. They blocked me. Literally the worst gaming company of all time. Take my money then cut my tongue off. Disgusting behaviour from ubisoft.
Ubisoft Robbing People.
I bought for honor battle pass at 12.07.2025 but as of today the pass stil not activated in game.
This is a known bug since 5 years but they don't give me any solutions nor responses.
My support ticket is open for 7 days and still no answer.
Worst Customer Service Ever
I Forgot My password in ubisoft connect and i tried to reset my password but they didn't send me any emails. When i remembered my password my account was suspended and i waited for like a day to see that it's still suspended. I contacted Ubisoft support and they were requiring me to verify my account in an email that was never sent to me. I tried every ways i could to solve the problem and they gave me a strike because i kept asking for help. In the end they never resolved my problem and closed my report. I will never support anything ubisoft ever again.
Catastrophic customer "support"
Catastrophic, tried to recover my account as I lost my email address access, gave them all the evidence (bank payments, friends, date of purchase, redeem codes, everything) but it's not enough. They have everything in their possession but they keep answering that this is not enough. When I ask them what information they need, their automatic answer is always the same : "we don't have enough information". They never tell me what they need even though I ask them on and on what they want. It's just an automatic reply.
Congrats ubi, you lost on other customer forever.
Spammers
I bought their game on Nintendo Switch and there's no way to play it without creating an account on their system which they only use for starting spamming me with their ads... No quick link to unsubscribe. Will avoid games from this company. Disrespectful.
Account hacked and money stolen
Account got hacked, ubisoft did nothing as the hackers changed the linked email address and they won't delete account without email verification. Hackers gained access to families info through linked information and bought gift cards on my parents amazon account, costing them hundreds before bank accs frozen. Stay as far away as you can.

Now I'm glad Ubisoft is failing, the support is so bad, I recommend pirate their games or buy cheap redeem code, because if you happens to lost access to your account you'll never get it back no matter how much or detailed proof of ownership you give them, every times you get a respond from them its different person so everything will go back and forth, I lost my account, I gave them literally the most detailed possible and wrote at least 3000 words on the support ticket, it won't matter, they don't read, even if they do, it all get reply by different person again and they don't communicate to each others, so it will be on a loop of you explaining and them redirect to other support staff.

Sinds Febuary this year (2025) I can't launch Watch dogs 2 so to this day I have still not recived any solution to fix this. 3 months of nothing.
