Not straightforward
Easy to open account but don't like the fact that they show together on the app. Very confusing and will no doubt be hard to transfer the ISA's when they mature as they don't seem to have separate sort code and account numbers.

We do uphold that your online banking account will show the accumulative total of your ISA balance however, if these deposits were made separately, they will have different deposit references. We would like to assure you that your ISA deposits are differentiated by the 'deal reference' which can be found on your confirmation statements. You can view your confirmation statement online through our digital banking platform. Simply log into your account, select the account you would like to view, select the ellipsis (...) , and then select documents.

Opening a new ISA
I found it very stress free and easy to open the account.
I had my interest paid monthly into another account which has just happened so I am very pleased.

Seem to be Top rates offered fixed ISA's
Was easy to open the account on-line and transfers done within days user friendly and straight forward , I have a slight issue using the app to now access my account , but will ring there helpful customer line to find out what I need to do, but all in all easy to recommend.

Easy to open account but not so easy to manage account.
Opening an ISA account was easy and straightforward and offered a good rate of interest. However from there on the online ISA account is a little cumbersome and doesn’t have much useful information other than enabling confirmation that your funds are still there. Not wholly put at ease that money is safe.
