The blinds were spot on the material the fit everything was just perfect so a big thanks UC Blinds limited and i will use them again and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

This is a really bad company and they are day light robbers. I could have given 1000 negtive stars if I allowed. We asked for a quote for blinds for the whole house and Ben came along. He gave us the quote which wasn't the most competitive however due to a friends recommendation we decided to go with them. Grave Mistake! We paid 50% deposit and Ben came again to take proper mesaurements. All worked well till then. There were no paperwork supplied and Ben denied us to take te picture of the measurements he took. Since then we had no communication about fitting date and I had to call them to ask. Ultimately fitter came, guess what he hasn't got the blind for the room where we discussed everything with Ben. He told us that we aren't even quoted for this room. After several phone calls and after 2 weeks, Ben came to our house and he implied if it was our mistake that he missed the measurement. He wasn't at all apologetic but rude and arrogant. He was keep saying ill be out of pocket even when I explained to him that I had a cheaper quote but decided to go with you due to recommendation. He just wants us to pay for his mistake. He wanted us to pay for the missing blind which we denied. In the end he threaten us with a legal action even though they are completely wrong. I asked him if I am getting blinds for 7 rooms why Ill leave 1 room, which he had no answer for. Mind you this company is so bad that till date they haven't supplied me a single paper work. I would not recommend them to anyone at all unless you want to be scammed.

Fantastic service. Was looking for some roller blinds for my bay window and found a pattern online that I really liked but they were pricier than I wanted to pay. After shopping around I found UC Blinds and they were the cheapest by far. The custom blinds were delivered quickly and well packaged. They are top quality and look fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

FOLLOW UP!
Today is 01/07/2025 (so 4 months after my original order) and I felt I should add a follow up to my original review. I contacted UC Blinds for help last week. The child safety connectors for the chains kept popping open when rolling the blinds up ( this is my husband's fault for installing them a bit too snug). I was hoping that US Blinds could help me solve the problem. I spoke with a lovely woman (I think her name was Amanda) who said "leave it with me"... I always expect never to hear back when people say that but she called me back the very next day and gave me a solution. She posted out some new connectors to me and they arrived today. They're just the job and I'm just so impressed with the original blinds (they still look great!) and the customer service which is absolutely perfect. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

I was looking for some accessories for vertical blinds and searched various options. UC Blinds was an easy website to navigate and to find what I wanted very quickly.

I just needed replacement hangers because the dog ripped 2 off the rail. They arrived pronto and fitted perfectly.

It took me several months to finds the perfect blinds.
Also, they were so helpful answering my questions via email very quick
It was hard to find the perfect conbination because most of the providers matches the slat colour with the tape but I wanted a different one and UC Blinds Limited gave me that option.

Ridiculous hidden delivery fee of c. £10 for a very small item sent in an envelope. Millions of nagging emails asking for a review.

Excellent service at correcting initial error in the delivery quantity

The blind is very good and the world map is great. We only just put it up today. The plastic cord which controls the blind opening and closing keeps breaking at the joining points. So improvements should be made to this feature.

We ordered and paid for a blind some 3 weeks ago and other than an initial acknowledgment we have been provided with no information regarding proposed delivery and our email enquiry about this remains unanswered. We are not impressed at all.

Total value for money.
1st time using UC Blinds and they exceeded my expectations.
I placed rather a large order (14 Roller Blinds). I knew what material I wanted which I am thoroughly pleased with.
I was delighted when Amanda from UC Blinds contacted me saying they would deliver my order personally due to the amount of Blinds and didn't want them being damaged or lost.
The order came as arranged, Dave (little) was so helpful even informing my husband about screws etc for fitting.
Would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Have just had one Vertical blind and three Horizontal blinds fitted by David from UC Blinds and he's done a fabulous job. He was very efficient and friendly and managed to keep everything clean and tidy as he went along. Would highly recommend UC Blinds, everything was dealt with quickly, accurately and efficiently and all the staff were very friendly.
