We offer a FREE local survey & fitting service and also sell to the whole of the UK from our secure online website. Looks good apart from slight gap
Roller blind looks great, delivery was on time.
Only issue is a small gap in bottom right of blind. I dont think its a hole, more like where the print has missed. Noting a little bit of tape couldn't fix.
Overall give 4 stars.

Great price, great product
I love my blind. Had searched the internet for what felt like hours trying to find a reasonably priced blind and eventually I came across UC Blinds. They had a wide choice of colours to choose from and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your order. We use industry standard allowances for all our recess measurements and there is always a gap to allow for the side winder mechanism and brackets. Thank you for your review.

Love the blinds
Love the blinds, but unsure if I would have bought them if I had realised that the slats did not turn around like the convential blinds I have. However pleased with the colour, design, etc.

Amanda has advised that she has already contacted you and tried to help. I believe the issue is because the print is only on one side of the vertical fabric. We would recommend ordering samples of the fabrics prior to making your order so you can make sure you are happy with the fabric. Thank you for your review.

Good quality blind.
Free sample arrived promptly. Blind arrived within timescale expected and is of a good quality. In hindsight choosing a metal beaded blind pull may have been better than the cheap feeling plastic one included in the basic price.

Awful customer service
Terrible customer service! The company prides itself on its website that they provide excellent customer service, however, what they actually provide is everything but. The website is very confusing and your final order is based purely on the measurements the customer has taken, rather than the blinds actually required. Staff simply go through the motions and don't even bother to pick up the phone and double check with the customer on the exact order. When the order is wrong and you ask for help they simply shut the door in your face. It seems all they care about is taking your money. I will never purchase from them again, nor recommend them to anyone I know.
