Uheat - Underfloor Heating Reviews 

My plumber had already spoke to Uheat to itemise my order for underfloor heating. I phoned through to the same salesperson, who was both efficient and helpful. We received all the goods very well packaged the next day as promised.

Small prob with order but was sorted great service

Uheat had the probes I needed on their website so I ordered them and paid for them. Delivery was exactly as they said. Only one (minor) grumble; a "normal" postage option wasn't offered - they came by DPD parcel post so I had to stay in to sign for them - this seems a bit excessive for £12 worth of goods. I would definitely consider using again if I had a more valuable order.

Outstanding service throughout the process from first going down to the shop with early drawings to the finished plan. They mapped it all out (for me a DIYer) and explained the whole system. Even when we changed the layout they where there to help and advise. Just like you'd want the experience to be. An underused statement today perhaps, but they where superb. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Wojtek in particular stands out for praise. Hallelujah for companies and people like this.

I had a problem with the delivery, and Uheat were extremely helpful about it even though that part was outside their control. My order was quite small but acted on promptly and efficiently.

You're never sure when your product is over a year old if there is any comeback if the product goes faulty?? In this case it was easy, bought the product in Sept 2012 and in March 2015 they exchanged a faulty controller. What more do you want?? In honesty, I'd recommend them to anyone especially friends as the price of the electric underfloor heating is very reasonable!! I may be moving house and I can assure you that I will be installing the same system again if the purchase goes through!!

Fast reliable service for the odd items I wanted.......5*

I was happy with the product , but disappointed with an item returned in perfect condition , I was charged £ 35.

This is an excellent company to deal with. I had a programmer which showed a fault after 11 months and a replacement sensor was immediately despatched by Uheat. It turned out not to be the fault so after returning the programmer to them they sent out a replacement with no quibble.
