Uheat - Underfloor Heating Reviews 

I had been seeking a Wirsbo manifold valve because my plumber was unable to do so and I had been told by Uponor that they were no longer available. Having searched on the internet I spoke to Uheat who could not have been more helpful, by asking for a photo to help them identify the type of manifold. They confirmed they stocked the part, I ordered it at 3pm yesterday and it arrived at midday today. What great service.

I have not had the mat fitted yet so cannot comment on that side of it. However, the online ordering, the notification that my product was on it's way and the very speedy delivery was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company

I had used Uheat before with no issues, but my recent experience is quite poor. The estimated quantities for my job had multiple mistakes. To little pipe and loads to many spreader plates. The lack of pipe ment that work on site had to be delayed. I had to order more pipe but they did not have the correct length in stock so I had to over order and cover the extra cost. Worst of all they did not seem to care to much. A shame they used to be good. I would not use again.

First thing to state I am not a plumber or even a handyman.

I have a underfloor heating manifold where I needed a replacement pin valve. I have tried numerous plumbers and got the famous intake of breath !!!! Hence I contacted the manufacturers. They were very helpful but first supplied the wrong valve, then told me as the manifold was obsolete they could not help,

I enquired of several resellers & Uheat proved to be very helpful, not only sourcing the part after much research but actually ringing me to discuss how to fix it & what my secondary problem was plus a solution.

Both worked.

I ordered parts online and they came a day or so later. What more could I want.

I placed an order late in the evening. Early the next day I received a mail to let me know that the thermostats I had chosen were out of stock - no problem arranging a part shipment. First shipment arrived very promptly and the missing thermostats arrived earlier than promised !

Paid £6 for 3-4 day delivery. Ordered on the 9th wasn't dispatched until 14th.

Your products are competitively priced and the advice is good. One thing your company needs to do in future and that is to send out a proper Vat invoice to every customer without them having to ask.

My plumber had already spoke to Uheat to itemise my order for underfloor heating. I phoned through to the same salesperson, who was both efficient and helpful. We received all the goods very well packaged the next day as promised.
