Little confused by this review, We have not been contacted by the reviewer and our courier attempted delivery 2 times this week and no one was available to receive the goods. The goods were delivered today before this review was posted and we have confirmed this by telephone with the recipient on site.
If there are any issues with deliveries, we always resolve them.
Underfloor heating.
Very easy ordering process. Item delivered in good time and the underfloor heating system was straightforward to lay.

Self adhesive matting gave problems
The mesh matting was self adhesive. This would have been very useful if it was the other way up. My tiler and I like to put the mesh on top of the hot tails to protect them from tools as the latex layer is applied. However, this meant that the self adhesive is on top which made it very difficult to tape the edges down and to walk over when making electrical tests and connections, as well as applying the self levelling compound.
