Efficient, prompt door to door service from and to New Zealand.

Excellent service. Just under 2 weeks for the whole process. Juan-Pierre, my advisor, was efficient and professional. None of the usual hassle associated with HMRC interactions. Well worth it.

A genuinely competent and hassle-free service

I needed to renew my UK passport and change my name. Living in New Zealand I didn't want to take the chance of missing something so I used UK ABROAD. I dealt with Elyse who was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and responsive. I sent my application on 1st January and received my new passport 24th January.

I had to replace a lost passport for a member of my family who was not able to handle the process involved.
The guidance and assistance received by ukabroad.net enabled me complete the process with a new passport being delivered to my home.
The process was quite involved and time consuming but throughout the entire project I was advised of what was required of me and when. It was a progressive system which simplified matters considerably. If I had been confronted from day one with all requirements needed it would have been a headache to meet.
I received excellent info from Elyse as we progressed in stages.

Most helpful was clear instructions about how and where in the UK to send my old passport.

I was notified when my old passport was received in the UK.

My new passport arrived within two weeks of having been received.

When I applied to renew my passport on 20th. January 2024, I was lucky to be assisted by Jan British Passport Consultant, the service was excellent and the delivery of documents very fast.

I was kept informed on the process at every stage with emails and messages, my new passport arrived in Iceland on February 1, 2024!
Sadly, DHL had misplaced or lost my new passport, Jan UK passport consultant solved the problem straight away and I received my new passport today!

Submitted all my Documents from South Africa when the Home Office was very busy and everything went very smoothly and I am now a very satisfied UK Passport holder. Thank you Madeleine

Apparently, there are barriers to apply or to renew a British passport, but it was a stressless and accurate processing during the application that it is totally different to I imaged. UKabroad gives an excellent service. Any queries and there is an immediate, personalised response. Thirteen days after my passport was collected by DHL, the new one was delivered to my door. Amazing! I cannot recommend UKabroad highly enough. You won't be disappointed.

To be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first but the process was very easy and uncomplicated. Natasha was very responsive, helpful and made the process really easy.
