POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
They delivered the wrong item and then threatened us with court action if we did not deliver it back the next day. They had not even spoken to me yet before they threatened the court action! What a way to treat customers. Had blazing row on the phone with the sales director who would not acknowledge it was their fault and kept talking over me and in a threatening manor to say I had to pay for their mistake in delivering the wrong item. Very bad customer service indeed. Don't deal with them!

Poor customer service for faulty goods
This company has good reviews IF your product is working order. If not you’re in trouble. As per my case. Bought a purifier delivered quick but within two days of use burning smell from the fan unit. Contacted customer services and same issues as others. Said will send to manufacturer for assessment. Manufacturer is in Sweden so I doubt they’re going to do that and if no fault found will return with no refund. This fault reported in 3days of delivery! Statutory rights mean nothing to this company and they do anything to avoid refunding. Avoid! Go direct to manufacturer or use Amazon. Wish I had now

Blueair 3410 air purifier
The air purifier arrived promptly and well packaged.
I'm very pleased with my purchase, it seems to work very well.
Fast and reasonably priced
The air purifier arrived within 24 hours of ordering and was £20-£50 cheaper than other retailers. As it was a last minute birthday present this made it financially feasible to buy the best air purifier around for her space and meant that it arrived on time for the birthday girl to receive it on the stroke of midnight.
Will definitely consider using UK Air Purifiers in the future.

Requested a whisper quite bedroom fan, the price was the best by far and the product superb, Really quiet and moves the air with ease. The only minor issue I had was with the colour of the unit I wanted, I received a call explaining that the last grey unit had been shipped, although new stock was due in the demand for the product was so high they couldn't guarantee an exact date. I accepted and alternative colour which arrived 2 days later.
Good delivery and competitive price
It took a day or two longer to access the two air purifiers, but the delivery company had an easy to use site to ensure the delivery time and date worked well.
As for the products, Blueair 3210 and 3410, built by my daughter, delivered with spare filters, and they appear to work very well and are very quiet. I also note that the price was competitive.

The unit was ordered and delivered within 18 hours. A genuine Blue Air product in a sealed box. There are no issues with it to date and a really great price. The Blue Air, and Air purifiers all suffer from the same fault that is the app is really flakey and works when it feels like it. That is not the fault of the supplier. By the way, I read so many reviews about faulty goods (not referring to this company) that there have been difficulties in getting a refund etc . The solution? pay with a credit card and I can assure you that section 75 will apply and you can go off and get their help which I have always found to result in a quick solution...So, I have a new working unit, a good price and quick delivery all very satisfactory !!

I purchased a whisper fan some weeks ago £99, it was very quiet, my wife ask me what l want for my birthday l said get me another fan for my birthday , she went on my site ordered a self same fan cost £124 , she didn't realise the price difference but within a month £24 difference ,has it put a downer on it ???
A faulty fan - Service insisted it wasn't faulty
I have had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a fan & initially it worked fine, however within a couple of days it stopped working although due to having a battery there was still signs of life e.g. it would beep to turn on & the battery symbol would flash, but the fan did not work.
I contacted the service dept & they asked for video evidence. When I sent them the they said they have never heard of this before, so it can't be faulty!!
Annoyed I contacted the manufacturer & told me it is faulty and UK Air Purifiers need to collect it and either refund or replace the unit.
UK Air Purifiers reluctantly arranged a collection but said if there is no fault I would need to pay for postage, which was £10. Since I had a fan that didn't work this was my only option.
On receiving the unit back (the next day) they told me it works fine. They also told me it went back to the manufacturers service department, which I know it didn't because that was not the address I sent it to and this was the day after the return.
I explained to them that the unit did not work, I even got my husband to check it over as he is an electrician and he could find no power from the AC adaptor, so this was probably the issue. I explained this to them and said did you use an alternative adaptor - they said they used the one that it was send with.
Anyway the fan did not work for me after 4 days of using it & maybe it worked for them when it arrived back to UK Air Purifiers - Potentially it was an intermittent fault that will arise again when the send the fan to the next person to order it!
But they tried to charge me £15 for sending the fan back (they originally quoted £10) - They eventually refunded the unit cost less £10. However I would not touch this company with a barge pole as it seems that if you have a faulty until they will try to blame you & deny there is a fault.
I have contacted the manufacturer who were very interested to hear the poor service UK Air Purifiers are giving on their product & also claiming that the manufacturers service department looked at the fault. They are going to contact UK Air Purifiers regarding this. I will be ordering direct from the manufacturer now as they response was a lot more professional.

Everything excellent so far - easy ordering, next day delivery. Fan looks great haven’t had chance to use it yet. Very pleased the blade cage opens up to make cleaning easy as some of my fans are so difficult to keep clean.
