Products not received

Products not received after 9 days. Contacted to enquire about it but no response. Will have to go via my credit card company to recover any payments.

Great communication

Very fast delivery and I was kept informed each stage my parcel was at and informed when delivered to the safe place I had asked. Parcel arrived in plenty time and was well packed to avoid damage! Thank you
