I ordered the wrong Paul Mitchell conditioner and emailed to ask if I could get a refund as I wanted to reorder the correct one. The prompt reply I received advised the return procedure and when I could expect my refund.
After returning the items I received an email confirming that my card would be credited with the refund. Very speedy delivery and excellent customer service. My first time buying through UK Beauty Club and won't be my last. I would recommend UK Beauty Club to anyone looking for great prices and excellent service. Keep up the good work guys.
