How amazing to have ordered over phone in the afternoon and get delivery at 08.45 the next morning. You must pack orders pretty quickly and get to despatch.

I am truly amazed and find it so refreshing to have had the service I have had from you and the UK Camera Store. I am so pleased with the quality of the bundle products (case for camera much better than looks in picture on internet). Everything beautifully packed as well.

No problems with the purchase and delivery of my Lumix camera. The whole process was very slick. I have never made a purchase of a camera on-line before having preferred to talk to people "in the know" before I make my purchase. Therefore, my only comment would be that it would have been more comforting to have had a face to face conversation about the functionality camera - a short in-store basic training session. I can't even pop-in for support as I live no where near the outlet. This comment should not, however, detract from my overall good experience and the excellent camera I now own. Thank you.

I chose this store purely because they had the best price for the lens I wanted. The checkout process, unusually, had no way to enter a delivery address different from the registered card invoice address - but my message to them via their contact form was answered personally in less that ten minutes!

As suggested, I entered my work address in the special instructions box and the lens was delivered next day by DPD who I've always found to be reliable. Packing was in a generous size box surrounded by air pockets.

I'd definitely use UK Camera Store again.

UK Camera Store is a real company, staffed by real people, who will answer the phone and talk to you. And that makes a really refreshing change!

Mine is a simple enough tale: I ordered a camera from them online and it was delivered the next day; I had a question and they answered it straight away.

And, crucially, you're buying from a UK supplier and so there are no nasty surprises such as unexpected customs charges and VAT payments.

Highly recommended.

If you're looking for personal service, knowledgeable staff with traditional values, then look no further. A family run business where the customer comes first, a rarity in this day and age.
I ordered my lens late on Monday evening thinking a two day delivery would be the norm, but not with UK Camera Store, I was absolutely gobsmacked at the speed with which my parcel was delivered, 10-12am on the Tuesday morning.
After this experience I would highly recommend this company to anyone, including friends and family.

Although I could have bought a Panasonic TZ70 cheaper on e-bay, I did not want to deal with Hong Kong based companies. Richard at UK Camera store knows his product and called me to say the soft case I'd asked for is a bit too small for this camera. I was happy to take the hard case. Imagine a HK company doing that??

After an absolutely diabolical experience trying to buy an Olympus TG-4 from simplyelectronics.net before going traveling, I bought the camera from UKcamerastore instead. It was slightly more expensive than simplyelectronics, but I didn't mind about that so long as I actually got the camera! I used the online chat facility on the Ukcamerastore website to check that they definitely had stock and to ask a few additional questions and Richard was really helpful and very confidence inspiring. I placed my order and as promised, the next day my camera arrived. I would definitely buy from Ukcamerastore again.

I purchased a Panasonic TZ60 together with a Panasonic case / battery and a 32gb memory card.
The advice UKcamerastore provided regarding the optical viewfinder together with the delivery service was excellent.
It's a great compact camera with lots of features and zoom facility, great price and cash back.

Just bought a NIKON AF-S NIKKOR 55-200 mm f/4-5.6 SWM ED VR II from them online. It was nearly the best price online for UK sold lenses (to avoid grey market imports and associated guarantee issues). They had a deal to throw in for free a couple of filters. That made them cheapest overall. Delivered next day at standard price and answered an email I sent overnight. Great service.

I checked around for the cheapest price on the Panasonic dmc lx100 that didn't include imports and then contacted the uk camera store and happily found that they had a shop where I could collect. The camera was sealed and included a free filter and screen guard and im very impressed with the advice and service that I received. In short would definitely recommend.

Panasonic Lumix Camera Be aware that the warranty does not cover the cost of returning the faulty camera for repairs to the repair agent DKAUDIO when the program button sheds its label . This applies during the 12 Month Warranty period . NOT VERY GOOD!
