Canon Powershot SX50 HS, asked a couple of mates that are into photography, and a Bridge Camera was recommended. Having looked at the usual retail stores the price on bundles didn't vary too much. Google searched and UKcamerastore offered the best deal. The price for the bundle I got was less than the main retail outlets, so ordered and paid for the Camera online.

Following research I conducted online to purchase a new Canon digital camera, I came across UK Camera Store who offered the product as a 'bundle' to include a leather camera case at a very competitive price to other larger retailers. In addition, the company offer a 2 year warranty, which was a major attraction, as well as providing a free gift of a mini tripod and screen protector. I placed my order online on Sunday afternoon and received confirmation of this the same day. A very welcome touch by UK Camera Store was notification of delivery sent via text message the following day and additional confirmation of the 1 hour delivery time slot provided by the courier company, also sent by text, meaning I didn't have to wait in all day for the courier to arrive. I have just taken delivery of my new camera, case and free gifts and am absolutely delighted with them and also the first class service I have received from UK Camera Store Ltd. The camera was received within 48 hours of ordering and was well packaged, the price was also extremely competitive. This is the first time I have placed an order with UK Camera Store, I have been most impressed and will use the company again, as well as recommending them to friends and family.

After spending several weeks scouring the Internet and high street chain stores I decided to order my Nikon lens from UK Camera Store.

I ordered a camera from my local store for my husbands birthday in four days time and was assured it would arrive in time. After waiting 8 days and missing his birthday I decided to go online. Richard at the UKcamerastore was most helpful with his advice and confirmed delivery would be next day as advertised. I ordered at 5.00 pm and camera arrived in deepest Norfolk at 9.15 am the following morning. Even John Lewis couldn't beat that! Excellent customer service. What great service, I ordered a canon sx700 on monday at 17.55 and it arrived at 15.15 tuesday afternoon after i was given a delivery slot of between 15.15 and 16.15! Item boxed carefully and with the other items i had ordered. Was updated from the carrier dpd by text as to the progress of my parcel.Uk camerastore very helpful on the phone when ordering, would definetly recommend.

The assistance I have had from this company (on several occasions) has been spot on. I cannot tell you how helpful they are and this is the old-fashioned respect for the consumer's requirements that is lacking in so many other places.

I phoned rather than order online, as I had a compatibility query on an item. UKcamerastore could not have been more helpful in advising the best product for the best price. The items arrived with DPD the following day (the most efficient courier Company I have experienced, with specific hour delivery slots text in advance, and kept to with accuracy).
This is a family Company and it shows. They care about their customers. They offer competitive prices, and excellent, friendly service. Have used them before, and will certainly use them again.

Item: grey import (hence local warranty) and Japanese/Chinese symbols with no warranty card or instruction manual. I was not expecting this. Security seal broken and UK adapter included. Customer service is reliable and friendly and I liked the free accessories. I would buy again, but the price would have to be lower as the product you receive is opened (hence not new). Also the quality of goods imported from outside the EU would also factor into my buying decision. In favour of this company, it is definitely UK-based. It is not a scam and is a genuine business wanting to be competitive by producing products which are lower in price by importing from countries where the product is cheaper.

From the start they were most helpful when I discussed my camera purchase with them. One part of my order wasn't a suitable accessory and they were quick to call and discuss an alternative.

This was my first purchase from UK Camera Store and I was a little apprehensive when I noted that they declared that they held more than 10 Black in stock while other websites continued to take pre-delivery orders only. I took a leap of faith and placed my order. The free additions in their package arrived by Royal Mail on Tuesday. I will certainly order without hesitation from UK Camera Store again ..

Ordered an Olympus XZ-2 recently. UK camera store had the best price I could find without going to a Hong Kong retailer. Easy ordering via their website. Used their online chat option to double check they had stock which they did and received it nicely packed and in good time. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I ordered a Panasonic TZ40 on-line at 10pm on Tues 28th Jan. It was by way the best price for this particular camera. The camera arrived at 1130am on Thu 30th Jan. Now, that's what you call service!

Plus, I was kept informed at all times by txt about the delivery - right down to the minute it was signed for.

I will certainly be recommending this family run business to friends/ family should they ask my advice on where to buy a camera.
