Wanted to order a lens from the UK, UK Digital charges very reasonable prices for a product that would probably cost as much from a Grey Import company and customs & excise combined. Very fast shipping, no faffing about. Very pleased, have recommended to other photographers already. Thank you, I will definitely be back.

I wanted to purchase a product for my wife birthday and after browsing the net I found UK Digital cameras, well am I glad I did! After an initial telephone cal to just make sure they delivered to the Channel Islands (and yes they do take off the VAT) my experience in dealing with UK Digital could not have been easier.
On line, purchased what I required at 12pm on Wednesday paid for express delivery and it was delivered to me in Jersey the following day, now that's what I call service.
No hesitation in using this company again and having told my friends and colleagues about this terrific service I'm betting they will use it as well.

This is an excellent company to deal with. It's the second camera I've purchased from them and both times couldn't ask for more. This time I traded a camera in and the swop was handle without any issues at all.

I have dealt with UK Digital Cameras once before, so I was confident that I would be treated well. I traded my DSLR Pentax K30 which I loved because I spend most of my time taking landscape pictures and walking a lot and wished for a long telephoto capability. The Fuji S1 Bridge camera I have purchased lets me have this ability without carrying heavy lenses and is, like the Pentax K30 a weatherproof camera (in fact the only weatherproof Bridge currently available. Great camera arrived today. UK Digital Cameras were brilliant and the whole process was fair and speedy with great one day delivery after purchase. Many thanks to all the staff and to the courier used.

DPD delivered the camera I ordered last Thursday within the advised time slot yesterday (Wednesday). The money agreed for the 6 part exchange items, which UK Digital arranged for PDP to collect from me last Friday, appeared on my credit card this morning. The price for the new Panasonic FZ1000 camera was very competitive and the online system for obtaining part exchange quotes is very straight forward. I was credited the originally quoted amount for each of my 6 trade in items once they had been received and examined by UK Digital and kept up to date by email at every step of the process.

The help and advice given when I first made contact by phone made me feel confident that I had made the right choice in UK Digital Cameras. When I needed to contact them again before delivery Holly again had all the information to hand. All delivery info came to both my mobile phone and computer so left in no doubt when the camera would arrive and it was delivered promptly at the time stated - excellent.

I was struggling between the classic problem , Canon or Nikon. I asked on the live chat via the website, to help me with this problem. Straight away I had a reply in under a minute, I was able to tell and discuss my problem. Holly helped me in specifications and her opionion on cameras. This immediately helped me and I was able to purchase my camera that night. I purchased on Monday the 23rd of febuary at 7:30pm and I was still offered the chance to get it despatched the day after on the Tuesday the 24th , and receive it by the Wednesday the 25th. Just wow!!!!! No defects or problems with the package, everything was perfectly packed and protected. Will defiantly be buying further products from here and you should too , just brilliant.

Before trying UK Digital Cameras I visited a couple of high street camera shops: [external references]. Neither of these shops offered a decent trade-in price (and LCE's stance was take it or leave it with poor customer skills).
UKDC not only offered an excellent trade-in for my Nikon DSLR but also was £50 cheaper on the new camera compared to what the high street camera shops were selling them for.
UKDC quoted a trade-in price, I accepted online, posted my camera to them and within a couple of days they checked my old camera over and confirmed the trade-in value offered. I chose my new camera and within a few days received it.
I purchased a 3yr warranty from UKDC and am well chuffed.
UKDC provide an excellent service.

I would advise anybody looking for a new camera than to go no further than UK DIGITALS for expert advice great products and a fair price. Recently purchased a Sony RX100 M2 form these guys- Probably one of the best overrall customer experiences ever - Speak to real people nothings too much trouble and know what they are talking about.
Definately use them again - I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying camera equipment - Shopped around for ages but couldnt beat the deal they gave me.

I ordered a Fujifilm X-M1 camera with UK Digital Cameras which was a good deal including options such as an extended G'tee, memory card and I was surprised when the bonus package turned out to be the gift of a small photo book. Post placing the order a polite young lady phoned to get a mobile contact so that I could be warned via text when the delivery would be made. I had ordered by 3 and paid for next day delivery: I ended up unpacking my new toy 23 hours after ordering.

I cannot fault in any way my purchase experience with UK DIGITAL CAMERAS.They were cheaper than Amazon and gave me a very good part-exchange on my previous camera. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely shop with them again.

Just received my Canon Powershot SX60 and I'm a very happy customer. Being keen for technology, I couldn't wait to receive this new product so I emailed the support team about the release date etc and always received a warm reply with details about the order and delivery. Holly gave me really good customer service and I'd be more than happy to recommend the company to anyone else.

I ordered a camera very late in the day (midnight!) and received the item (well packaged) essentially the following day before noon. [ie Ordered Monday midnight - received Wednesday before mid-day] In my book that takes some beating!
The price of the camera was also the most competitive.
The online feedback (through 'My Account') was also spot on.

All I now have to do is read the operating guide - which will not be as quick.

At short notice, UK Digital Cameras went the extra mile to ensure that the camera was delivered to me by the required date (also used plain packaging because it was a gift for my other half). Great products, great pricing and great service - quite simply the best you could ask for!

My wife and I contacted UK Digital Cameras by telephone have found them on the web and immediately Holly dealt with our enquiry is THE most caring and charming way. This immediately made us feel at ease with her company and anything we asked was answered knowledgeably and in language that lay people can understand. We talked over a number of possible cameras and then when we came down to our final choice she again explained even more features in this particular camera. This was for us a most enjoyable experience and one that would make us highly recommend the company and we would most certainly call her again in the future. Just a splendid encounter in every way from two very satisfied customers.

This company bend over backwards for its customers. They delivered my camera urgently. I then changed my mind and they were equally helpful over the refund!

Like a lot of people I had doubts about ordering from an online company, especially as I was just about to spend nearly a £1000 on a new camera. Fortunately any doubt I had soon disappeared when i was in contact with Holly. This lady is superb, a true professional who is a credit to her company. I emailed Uk Digital one night at 11pm and had an answer within 5 minutes from Holly.
As it turned out my camera was discontinued, this was through no fault of UK Digital and I Received a full refund within minutes. I will be using this company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.
