Ordered 3 tall planters. Very speedy delivery and good quality product.

I found a brilliant bird table in my local garden centre for over £80. I went home and did a search for the same item online and found identical product for £47 including postage from this company. Delivery was so quick and I am really pleased with the product and service. Will use again.

I needed some basket liners for various sizes of baskets and they had everything, the delivery was brilliant and the customer services were really helpful.

I bought 10 rolls of 230mm log roll edging. The price was very competitive and the delivery charge very fair. The edging was delivered within 72 hours by APC. Communication by carrier was excellent, as was the quality of the product. The rolls were also packed in twos in cardboard boxes, making them easy to handle. Overall, an excellent experience. Would definitely use again.

Ordered 2 of the garden planters with privacy screens. I’d looked at similar products online and the reviews were not great stating the screens were really flimsy and a lot more expensive. The quality of these screens and planters is 1st rate, really sturdy and customer services were so helpful when I asked if I could purchase 2 additional screens. I spoke to Fiona on the Thursday and even though they had to be made, they were delivered 1st thing on Monday morning.So impressed- highly recommend 😃

Quick delivery, well packaged but hopefully change from bubble wrap to paper in the future.
3 bird tables good quality at a reasonable price easy to put together and look good i think they will last a good while.

I ordered a bird table from here and unfortunately the base arrived damaged. i contacted customer services and got a reply from Fiona. Fiona arrange an exchange of the damaged part and delivery of a new one very quickly at no expense or hassle to myself. can highly recommend ukgardenproducts especially their after-sales customer service

Very efficient company with excellent products

Ordered 4 brackets. Received 2 of different design from other 2 although they all had the same label. Immediately sent a further 2 to match, arrived next day, super customer service.

Ordered a garden arch, which was delivered really quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately while assembling found that there was a manufacturing defect as the 2 arch sections did not line up to put together.
After emailing photo and description of this Fiona kindly arranged for a replacement to be sent which was received a few days later. Excellent customer service. Many thanks Fiona.

Simple order for a herbaceous plant support - correct make, model, colour an dthey delivere dwrong, wanting to blame me - It took three deliveries to get it right - Unbelievable

Had to wait in fo rcourriers to collect and deliver on three occasion's - can you afford time off work because the company couldn't be bothered to read th eorder, pick th eright product and pack / check for delivery correctly

Not worth bothering with, plenty of fish selling the right product at the right time

Really kind business - the courier didn't follow instructions and left products visible to the street meaning they got stolen. When I raised this with UKGardenProducts they (Judith I think?) called me personally, looked into it, and even though it wasn't their fault, sent out new products to me.

Fabulous service. What a find of a company. Good to know there are companies out there that truly care about their customers. We had a manufacturing glitch on a large item, without hesitation Fiona resolved the issue seamlessly for us. Thank you.

This company sells great products, but I would hesitate to use them again because they’re very disorganised. I've ordered from them twice in recent months, and both times, the items I wanted were listed as available on their website but were actually out of stock. The first time, the item was placed on backorder, which was acceptable, and they delivered it a few weeks later. However, my second order was problematic as I received an entirely different item from the one I ordered. Resolving this was annoying; the incorrect items weren't picked up promptly, and I was informed that the item I had ordered wasn't actually available.

Great prices and speedy delivery. Unfortunately the wrong hanging baskets brackets had been sent to me by mistake, but one email to them resolved it all quickly with them sending the correct parts out and collecting the wrong ones at the same time. So no hassle at all. Thanks to Fiona for great coms and service.

I took the advice from another reviewer to ignore the 1* reviews from 2020, and am so glad I did. This is a real company, a family business. They answer the phone when they are not on another call. Otherwise they call you right back if you leave a message. They respond to emails in a very timely manner, usually within a few hours or less. I bought 8 pot stands, best price I found online. They were delivered over night. When I had a query about the product, Fiona immediately looked into it to try and find a solution. Would highly recommend.

Great garden planters which look really good. Solid assembly and very robust. Nice to see British made as well.

First thing I want to say is that the 1* reviews are all from 2020, so do as I did and ignore them, from my experience you will not be sorry. I ordered the Tom Chambers Dovesdale bird table on Wednesday 14th, and it was delivered today the 16th, amazingly well packaged, a lovely item, and all at the cheapest price I could find. The courier company they use are great and very polite. All in all a great experience, thank you.
