Lovely product, quick to help when I was worried about my delivery arrival date. Would recommend.

I have ordered two products. I initially waited for quite a while before chasing UK Garden Products. It wasn’t easy to get hold of them, but I eventually received a reply, and a very gracious phone call to apologise plus an explanation that the products were out of stock. I have agreed to a suggestion of alternative products and I am happy to revise my review to four stars

This didn't start too well as there were delays in my delivery, and the garden arch I ordered did not arrive in perfect condition. However I understand that these things happen and Fiona really did try and arrange things as best she could when I raised the alarm bell and we were able to find a solution. Thank you Fiona!

Purchased two peony supports with five legs.
What arrived was two cheaper ones with three legs.
I contacted the company via email and phone. No reply. I would like to sort out the refund as I won't be buying from UK Garden Products again but there is no answer or customer service.

I came across UK Garden Products while searching the internet for garden planters. Not just did they have exactly what I was after, but the price was superb too. I received my planter today and I could not be happier with the quality.

I genuinely wish I’d found this website sooner, as I’d always rather buy from an independent than a big chain and you can tell this is a family-run business, because their customer service is wonderfully personal.

Keep doing what you’re doing Fiona and the team! I love your range; I love your prices.

Received two great quality products one slightly bent made a comment and was replaced instantly, great service

Excellent customer service, great products and prices.

We are extremely happy with our Versailles Metal Arch. It arrived ahead of the expected date, is of good quality, easy to erect and sturdy. The product description omits to state that spikes are included for each leg to secure it in place, a nice surprise.

I ordered, and paid for, 5 hanging basket brackets. Paid for 48 hour delivery also. For over a week I have been sending e-mails with a promise to look into the status of my order only to be told they do not stock this item - maybe I would like something else or, perhaps a refund?
I don't want something they want me to have or something they are trying to get rid of. Asked for a full refund - still waiting. *update - I have had a full refund via PayPal, but the money will not be in my account for a few days. The content of my review remains unchanged.

I was dubious about buying from this site given the overall low number of reviews and proportion which were negative, but what I wanted just wasn't available elsewhere so I decided to go for it.

My product arrived sooner than expected and the small customer service issue I had was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

I have my eye on another product and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Update on issue of non delivery: I have since had a phone call from a very apologetic lovely lady, who explained the current circumstances for the delay. She was very sincere and I am happy to accept that this is not their usual standard of service and I will receive a full refund.

I’ve recently received my third garden obelisk from this company. They are excellent value for money and the first two are wearing well. I had a small problem with the latest one - I emailed them on Sunday and had a reply the same day. My problem was resolved by Tuesday morning. Outstanding customer service and great products. Highly recommended.

First time buying from this company and I will certainly do so again. I bought a garden obelisk for climbing plants and was so impressed with the quality, price and super fast delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other potential customers.

Problem that some how I placed the same order online twice .
They were very professional in sorting this out for me really quickly and generously waived the delivery charge also .

Excellent service - quick delivery and speedy response to a query. The arch is beautiful, easy to assemble and looks and seems very strong and sturdy.

I placed on order on the 5th September and chased this up on the 11th and received a reply to say they would investigate this and let me know. I am still waiting for an answer and have chased this up twice since then.
It is now the 23rd September and they have taken my money but supplied me with nothing. The website says delivery 3-7 days, but I am still waiting. I am at the point of ringing them and asking for my money back.

Update, 2 Oct: Almost a month now since my order and still waiting! I have received nothing and no further contact from this company since 11 Sept to advise what has happened to my order. I have chased again and if no reply I will be contacting my credit card company to say that this supplier is in default. Bad service!

I wouldn't normally bother writing a review. It's a hassle, isn't it? But a company that sends replies from the Customer Service team within hours, is cheaper than competitors [at least in this instance], and delivers products on time [early in fact] and well packaged deserves a good review. Very impressed

Placed order but web site wouldn't show it. Also login I created didn't work. After hearing nothing for a few days I rang and was told order had been dispatched (this was not true). They would not reply to emails or phone messages (number just goes to answerphone). Eventually I told them I was making a credit card claim to get my money back and they did refund me. Very poor, and to be lied to just makes it worse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!
