Excellent service, product good quality and delivery by courier very quickly. Recommend

So far I placed an order over a month ago with this company, Their communication is terrible - I can never get hold of them by telephone and they have only replied to me once by email which took them a week! I'm still currently waiting for my order. I have a feeling it will never arrive, so that's money gone down the drain!

One of the worst company's I have ever dealt with. I say company, but I am not even sure they are.The phone is answered usually on the fourth consecutive time of trying, by the same lady with a simple "hello" and if not answered it goes to BT call minder. I ordered a metal trellis on a 48hr courier service. After 4 days the item still hadn't arrived. I called and was told that the item should have arrived and was with the courier. She would contact the courier company and get back to me by email. No email so I called back later the same day and was told that the courier had not got back to her. I explained that I was going on holiday the coming Thursday and I needed the item to arrive by Wednesday. Wednesday arrived and to my surprise the trellis was delivered. When opened it wasn't the trellis I ordered and the bolts/nuts to hold it together were missing. I decided to save myself any further hassle and to keep this trellis. Save yourself a whole load of grief and avoid this company like the plague.

Excellent firm. Bought one garden arch which arrived very promptly.It was of very good quality, had no missing parts and fitted together really well. I was so pleased that I bought a second one which arrived in 2 days!!!
Have not yet assembled this.

Keep chasing as there has been no delivery
They do not answer the phone or emails

I am very disappointed by my experience with UK Garden Products - I ordered a garden arch and gate from them and when it arrived it did not match the description on their website - it was in black finish rather than the antique bronze which I had paid for and the sides were in 2 pieces with unsightly jointing pieces instead of being in a single piece as the photograph on their website.
I chased them by e mail and phone and eventually spoke to someone who said that the arch as shown on their site was no longer manufactured
They stated that they would work with me as regards a credit as I had paid more for the arch as described than I could have paid elsewhere.
However, since mid December I have now e mailed them three times when I proposed that they merely credit me £20 being the difference between their price and the price I could have obtained elsewhere for a black arch. Obviously, I could have rejected their arch entirely as it did not match the product description and claimed a full refund and that would have cost them a great deal in sending a courier to collect the arch and gate.
I believe that my offer to them was extremely reasonable but above all that, I deserved a reply which has not been forthcoming.
UK Garden Products haven't had the courtesy to respond to my e mails.

I also advised them that their site still has an inaccurate description of the arch/gate that they stock but they have chosen to ignore this such that any other customer who orders this item will get one which does not match the description..

My advice to potential customers is not to deal with this company.

Item was cheaper than elsewhere plus free delivery. Arrived quicker than expected.
