I found just the wooden garden planters I was looking for at a great price and I've ordered 10 online to go around my paved garden, to be able to have a plant/flower/bulb border all around.
I haven't received them yet but I am already impressed with the fab customer service I have received from Fiona, who has patiently answered all my emailed questions about the product and delivery with very polite patience.
I'm hoping the planters will arrive as planned and will look great once they're planted up.

What a fantastic company. Great products at great prices - delivered very quickly by a 1st class courier (APC Overnight). I ordered 2 garden arches and was very impressed by their build quality. I had to call them as I'd made a mistake with the specific model/finish and found the lady at Customer Services to be incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be buying from them in the future. Exceeded expections.
Prompt service and packaging

First, they did not deliver all the items and gave a sense of not caring when I pointed this out - no apology, just we'll send it on next week. They did evenually arrive, but no date was given in advance, and they just plonked it outside my door instead of following instructions given. Then, I had some large peony supports, so tightly jammed together they will not separate and are seemingly unusuable.

To update: they dealt with this complaint well, and have resolved the situation.

I received great service. and have no complaints whatsoever. I ordered Poppy plant supports and Tom Chambers plant supports. Both packages were well packed and received less than 48 hrs after placing my orders. I would definitely recommend UKgardenproducts and would buy from then again.

Before buying check if they have this item in stock.
I was waiting a week for my item to arrive just to find out that they were out of stock. No one informed me about it. I had to chase them for information.

Fiona is a nice lady and I got my refund.

Ordered a Tom Chambers obelisk that is out of stock every where else. I placed my order late Thursday and it arrived 8.30am Monday. Very well packaged and I delighted with it. So glad I found this company wil definitely buy from them again.

My order was processed promptly and efficiently. The item was as described. It is good quality and design and reasonably priced

I ordered 4 obelisks from this company and within a couple of days I received a delivery from them of one obelisk. The company sent my other obelisks and customer service was good. Very happy with product.

Once it arrived my arch was fantastic quality, unfortunately it took a poor review to open communication, as the product was slow to arrive, but once I spoke to Fiona she was very helpful and obligng, and the product arrived well packaged. Arch was easy to put up, sturdily built, and looks great. Would use again.
