Keep your packaging... God forbid.
First time I'd ordered from this site, not an issue at all, product delivered without a problem and no real issues with the garment itself, just decided its not for me and won't wear it. Unfortunately, I'd accidentally binned the packaging which I didn't think would be an issue due to my order being on their system, both hold records of order number etc. Also, the item is unworn and still has all the tags remaining. According to the customer service team, I can no longer return the item because there is a specific barcode on the plastic packaging that is required to be returned. Its the 21st century... Get on board with the way you should be able to return items. You can return to so amng retailers without any need for paperwork, nor are they precious about which plastic bag it gets sent back in.
The only positive of this is that a charity will benefit. I'll not make use of the jacket, so it'll go to a charity shop where they'll benefit from the proceeds of a sale.
