SCAM!!!!! there is one star as i had to put one to leave a review lol i ordered a superdry coat threw Amazon an recived the first email saying synergy had delivered it to a Amazon approved drop off point ie the Co-OP shop since it wasent there I reported it to them An (Amazon who have been very helpful) since then they have sent me a link that takes me to Hermes with a so call photo of a member of staff excepting it which is funny as the photo is a different layout of the shop than it should be its clearly a scam i didn't even get sent a code for me to take to collect it. should take them off ur site it's a SCAM

I bought a NICCE Station Backpack Bag from UKK fashions via Amazon, the strap broke within a couple of weeks, tried to send it back but after trying to contact then a few times, I got a short and sweet message back that UKK are no longer trading. I have taken a closer look at the item and I believe it is a counterfeit the quality of the material and manufacturing doesn't seem to be the same as similar products. either way, very disappointed. poor product, absolutely no customer back up from this company.

Bought a 'hype' £30 backpack for my 9…
Bought a 'hype' £30 backpack for my 9 year old daughter in February. The plastic piece holding the strap onto the bag has broken off at the side and can no longer be used. I emailed UKK, no reply and then called them to be told there is nothing they can do as it's over 3 months!!!
This bag is not fit for purpose and am absolutely disgusted with the non existent customer service they provide.
I will not be shopping with this Company again.
