Very difficult to follow - unclear instructions - cannot access the form from phone if filled in on desktop
Very difficult to follow - no direction for telephone format - and I begun the process on my work desktop I expected to log in to my account later on my phone. It is not logical that I would have to start the entire form again on my phone.
At the "form blocked" stage - it should be made clear what the next step would be. "Please return to this form within 48 hours of travelling where you will be asked to fill in ......" etc

tacchini track top covered in marks
Ordered a sergio tacchini track top.
When it came it was covered in black stains like engine oil.
Returned it the same day I received it.
Email 3 days later from UKK to say it was damaged so I wouldn't be getting a refund.
DO NOT USE THEM
