UK pianos are a scam 😂
I would definitely highly recommend to go elsewhere, this company is really unprofessional and completely lacking costumer service. Also if you look at the end of this review they are even trying to hide between different company registrations to avoid to take responsibility for their own actions.
In January 2016 I agreed to rent a piano, paid the deposit and I was really looking forward to enjoying my new purchase.
Very soon one of the speakers started to make a scratchy sound and I contacted UK piano several times without any response but since I only used the piano occasionally I wasn’t really bothered about it.
Years passed by and I was still a happy paying costumer. because of the pandemic I obviously started to look in to my expenses and I therefore contacted UK piano in May 2021 and agreed on a payment plan to purchase and own my piano to minimise my costs. Once again no one got back to me about the scratchy sound,
The Piano was originally £2400 And the Stool £250 made a total of £2650. On agreement I paid a deposit of £530 so that left me with a balance of £2120.
Since I been a long term customer we agreed on a payment plan of a additional 12 months of 95.00 of monthly payments that made a grand total of 65 payments of £95 leading up to A total of £6175, £6705 with deposit.
This was absolutely my choice and I was happy with the agreement, as a costumer I could have sorted this earlier or made other arrangements but I decided that this was my best solution even though my speaker was faulty.
On the 15 June 2021 I emailed UK pianos to make sure I had cleared all my payments and I officially owned my piano. I also called several times but never got a response.
On the 13 October, 4 months after my last attempt to contact UK piano I received an email saying I owe them 3x£95 a total of £285 for missed payments, I told them I was happy to settle this:
February 19th February 2022, This is when tipsy Hel*n probably ran out of cash and Chardonnay and thought it was a great idea to finally email me back on a Saturday night 8pm, severely misspelled and impolite claiming they will collect my piano following week.
Wow just wow!
This is again after paying my piano for 65 months without any delay or any dispute and never complaint about the poor customer service or broken speaker.
————- update————
Monday the 21st of February is coming to an end and even if I email twice and called once, UK Pianos yet haven’t been able to answer any of my emails or got back to me by the call they originally advised.
——————————-
March 30 2022
I still haven’t received my receipt from UK piano… however They have asked Trustpilot to remove my review today saying it belongs to another company.
At least I know they do something, well not sending a receipt.
—————————-
March 30 2022, UK piano now finally reply to this review saying it’s for the wrong company.
This is funny cause In the email I received on 25th of February they wrote..
“I see from your last contact and from your online review of UK Pianos that you feel unhappy about the situation emails. As such I would like to explain things from our point of view and hope we settle the account”
And Now this is getting really good cause If you going to lie do it well 🤥
Looking at the website UK Piano have linked here on Truspilot I quickly find the company registration number at the bottom of their own page.
The number they are advertising as the registration number for UK pianos is 05875618 and this belong to Music Talents LTD recording to Companies House.
So they claim that this review is faulty and belongs to a business they promote as themselves on their own website. UK Piano LTD 10428649 is also registered with Companies House and funny enough registered at the same address as the company above.
What a coincidence 🤷🏽♂️
I don’t think I have to say much more, hiding between different registered companies, lying in the response even though the registration number is stated on their own website, refuse to send receipts, avoiding a costumer with a faulty piano.
Sometimes is probably better to admit that you messed up and send an apology across.
Lol 😂 guys you made my day 🥁🎶
————————-
March 31st, UK piano responding again that they not the right company. However they took the registration number of their website claiming that is from 2017, a tiny bit slow. Only 5 years late. 🤷🏽♂️
On Marsh 30 it was there on Marsh 31st it all out of sudden gone, just after my review?
They did remove the company registration number and updated a new VAT number. Well, everyone can check Beta @ GOV and the same name are registered on all the Companies.
Is it funny cause I never asked for compensation or a refund, I just asked for an apology, a explanation why I been treated like this?
The way some people go for their own pride 😅
Just admit that you made a mistake 🙋🏻♂️
Still waiting for my receipt.

Something to learn on every page
We found this really useful in helping us to understand the various features of digital pianos and make comparisons between different makes and models. We hadn't realised how complicated it was! It's a lengthy document, but worth reading right through as we seemed to learn something new on every page. We were able to work out what we really wanted in a digital piano, and make the our choice, so that we got what we wanted but didn't pay for features we wouldn't use.

Digital Piano Repair
I have used UK Pianos excellent website for information and advice in the past. When my Clavinova CVP509 began to suffer from noise issues on one or two keys I searched the internet for someone to repair it but without success. I checked out UK Pianos to see if they had any suggestions and they recommended Terry Stepanyek. He is based in North London but came to me in Surrey and duly repaired the problem. My piano now sounds as good as new. He was very thorough, professional and personable and I would highly recommend him for any digital piano repairs.

Before you buy a piano or a piano keyboard, there is no better sight to acquire technical information about the various products and options available than Graham's pdf guides.
Not at all impressed
Not at all impressed. We were chased for payment of the balance owed well over a year after we had paid it, causing a lot of hassle and quite some distress at the suggestion our piano would be collected this week. I would advise you take great care with the paper work when dealing with this company.

Lovely piano
Went in looking for a small though full sized piano and was surprised to see what was available. We bought a Gewa 300G which is small and narrow enough for the space we allocated and sounds absolutely beautiful. The piano was delivered within a week of ordering and was put together in no time. Very happy with the piano purchased. Would recommend.

This was useful for me to decide whether or not my projected purchase of a digital piano was fairly priced.
It was !!! so I whizzed back to the site only to find it was already sold !!!!
so the Howard Score was absolutely right ! still looking for that Yamaha though....
Good advice from ukpianos
Good advice from ukpianos: it really helped me in my choice of digital piano; the numerical ranking of different makes and models enabled me to see how the different specifications compare for sound and that important key-touch feel. Many thanks.
Highly recommend UK pianos
Highly recommend UK pianos. They helped me choose what I needed and delivered a perfect piano in two days.
sound is great, help was exceptional
I do not play the piano and needed to purchase one for my 2 kids who are learning to play. I used Grahams book and it really made all the jargon clear and I was able to understand what I was reading when I looked for a digital keyboard on line. I eventually bought the Hadley S1 and the piano teacher says the sound is great and I no longer hear noise but the sound of a piano. thanks for the advice.
Gewa 380 - Nice
I like most spent so long looking at websites when I found Gewa and UK pianos. I had never heard of Gewa but due to being cheaper than a Roland and Yamaha i took a chance and went for the 380 and I'm glad I did.
Graham's bible also helped with all the models.
Clean look to it not cluttered gadgets. Nice sound. Bluetooth nice to have also.
Graham is obviously busy but always did what he could and gave great service.
Kurzweil CUP320 - I really like it!
I am 9 months into my second digital piano from UK Pianos. The first was an entry level Hadley which I enjoyed playing but decided I wanted something with a bit better tone and feel.
For my first piano I downloaded Graham's piano buying guide which I found helpful - if slightly baffling. However it got me started and I was very pleased to go back to UK Pianos for further advice on upgrading. This resulted in me acquiring a Kurzweil CUP320, which at under £2k seemed to be a significant step up for the price. I got this on a Rent-to-buy basis as spreading the payments really worked for me.
I find this an excellent piano and I love the sound it produces. It has proper wooden keys and I find the weighting of these to my liking.
As with all digital pianos it has a range of other instrument sounds it can produce but I like the Grand Piano sound so much I rarely change to something different.
The reason I went for a digital piano was due to living in a flat, having the head phone options has been very beneficial to my neighbours - especially during these last 10 months.
So thank you to Graham and the team at UK Piano's, you got me sorted with what I needed and, having the right instrument has enabled me to progress. (Having passed Grade II piano I am well on my way toward the next step and very much enjoying it).

Excellent unbiased advice
Excellent unbiased advice. Just what is needed for such an expensive purchase.
My wife played piano when she was…
My wife played piano when she was younger, but digital pianos were a whole new territory for us. We had no idea of what we were looking for. After an extensive search, for advise and looking at different models we came across Graham's website. This was a game changer - we were able to establish what it would cost to get what we needed and cross reference this with the ratings and other reviews he provides in his guide. We changed from our minds from originally wanting a Yamaha, and ordered a GEWA piano 'blind' so to speak, and waited for the delivery. The advice has born out and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the GEWA digital piano. The sound and weight are superb. Our four and seven year old beginners are as happy as our more seasoned player. We are also happy about the five year warranty that came with it - providing some peace of mind for such an important family investment.

This stopped me from buying the wrong piano on eBay
Found the Howard score a very useful resource when looking at which piano to purchase. The advise provided online from this retailer I felt provided honest and informed information which I believe can be trusted from people who know their stuff and have put energy, passion and expert knowledge into formulating this guide to help people when choose the right piano. My piano has just arrived this week and we are delighted with it. Thank you for a great service.
