This store is amazing. I ordered a second-hand piano on line, and since it had a few faults due to transport Graham immediately offered to replace it, which he did very quickly. Exceptional customer service.

Had poor service from elsewhere so researched for another provider and came across Graham Howard's "Digital Piano Bible". This would have guided me to where I needed to be In the 1st instance instead of reading other providers in house comments.

Being suitably cautious I enquired with Graham where I should be looking and in explaining my experience, ability and intentions he highlighted the benefits of some and drawbacks of others where I was narrowed down to two choices.

Taking time to consider I chose the Broadway B1 and having made my decision was on tenterhooks until its arrival. Being suitably delivered by Graham himself we took our time assembling wishing to savour each and every moment.

When finally assembled it was time for the 1st note. Took two seconds to know we had made the perfect choice which without Grahams advice we would never have done. That my Technics 1000 has not been used since is the best accolade I can give.

Graham went the extra mile by providing me with a little bit extra service for which I am very grateful. I won't embarrass him by saying what but he and I know and this comment allows me to say it was appreciated. If you want a piano, go to Graham.

Ordered a digital piano online and used the Graham score to determine which model would meet my needs. Furthermore, Graham advised me in a phone call. After the formalities where done he again exceeded expectation by delivering sooner than initially estimated. Big thanks for helping out my family during lock down!

Update: Upgraded my piano now to a model with bluetooth and again very satisfied.

If you need help choosing a digital piano online you won't find a better guide than Graham Howard's 'Howard Score', on the ukpianos website. His descriptions of each model are very detailed and show a real musical sensitivity. He doesn't try to push any particular make or model and doesn't gloss over the downsides. He tells it how it is.

good doing business with Graham i bought a gewa 300 on rental in January, decided to upgrade to a 360 (which is even better than the 300)I phoned Graham on a Monday returned the 300 on Tuesday and received the new piano on Wednesday a very good service.

Buying my piano from UK Pianos, and getting it delivered, was as simple and painless as one could wish for from an internet purchase.
But where the company is simply outstanding is the phase before the actual purchase: ie, choosing which piano to buy. The diversity of models and the range of prices makes this a really complex decision; especially so, given that pianos are expensive and something one hopes will last a decade or more.
The availability of seemingly unlimited advice and support by email from UK Pianos - with no feeling of pressure actually to complete a purchase - was incredibly helpful.

I recently bought a Broadway B1 digital piano from UK Pianos. Prior to purchase I'd read Graham Howard's really helpful guide to digital pianos and I'd looked in other shops. In the end I decided to go with Graham's recommendation and have been really delighted with my purchase. The piano feels very like an acoustic piano and the sound is excellent. The design of the piano is good - spare and neat and it fits very nicely into the relatively small space I have for it.
Quite a number of years ago I bought an acoustic piano from UK pianos and was really happy with that too. I would definitely recommend this company.

I've found UK pianos very helpful. The Digital Piano Bible that Graham has produced is a wealth of good information. Certainly a must to read before deciding on what to buy. I haven't bought my piano yet but will certainly do so through UK Pianos they seem to be the least impartial as to makes of instruments.

It gave me all the information that I required to make my mind up about which piano to choose for my ability at this time. I then contacted Graham Howard in store and after speaking to him ordered my piano of which took only 24 hours to arrive. Uk Pianos are a professional service of which I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was in the market for a digital piano/keyboard which would be adequate to support the development and maintenance of technique to an intermediate level (scales, chords, arpeggios, dominant & diminished 7ths, 3rds and 6ths). I found the ratings given in the Digital Piano Bible on touch and sound to be helpful and using those as an initial guide, I was able to make a shortlist of potential keyboards which merited further investigation.
As a rule of thumb (!) I quickly found that instruments with touch ratings below c. 70% were generally inadequate for my purposes. Choice of instruments above that cut off seemed largely to be a subjective matter and down to individual preferences and aptitudes.
Note: So far as my own ultimate goal of developing an advanced technique and artistic sensibility is concerned (e.g. velocity playing, trills, repeated notes etc. to ARCM standard) it is my humble opinion that none of the digital pianos currently on the market are adequate for achievement of that goal (my assessment here is partly based on extensive experience of the top end digital pianos, particularly the Yamaha N3X) - for me in that regard, a good acoustic grand piano will be essential. However, the digital piano should continue to be very useful, e.g. in recording & playback, enabling duet experience and experimentation with different acoustic settings and, of course, midnight practice sessions! By the way, I finally chose a Roland FP90 to supplement my Yamaha N3X.

The Howard Score was excellent for my needs. It helped me a lot.

A must read guide for anyone looking to purchase a piano. Would advise on reading the guide as it gives invaluable advice on what to look for when purchasing a piano. Graham has painstakingly tested many pianos from entry level to high end pianos. Graham rates the pianos with a score system. A brilliant guide which I would highly recommend.

Very useful guide and advice, when I bought a piano for my kids. I ended up buying 2nd hand.

The digital piano bible is a fantastic resource for buying digital piano. Between that and Graham’s additional help, have now purchased a Kurzweil MP120 which we are very pleased with. Thanks for all the help.
