I have been using UKPI for several years now, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Their efficiency and professionalism are second to none.

Am truly ever so thankful for Tim and the teams works. Amazing, fast service, very professional and helpful.

Avoid this company. They have provided false details of financial assets apparently owned by my father. They have provided his wife's son, (their client) Darren Poole, with ridiculous financial assets apparently in my fathers name, but can not provide any account details on relation to any of the 3 accounts, they claim he owns. Disgusting behaviour, especially given my fathers age and vulnerable status. Scare mongers....
Edit. The company unsuccessfully tried to get my review removed, claiming it to be defamatory. However, following review, it's attempt was thwarted.
The owner has also since threatened me with legal action if I don't remove this review, despite me providing him with the report he has requested.
Edit to the above..As articulated in my email to you, please feel free to seek legal advice, as you well know, the truth can never be legally challenged, so i look forward to seeing what you believe you can take action on. Furthrmore, to anyone looking at using this company, i would advise people to look through the many negative reviews as to how this company reacts when challenged on inaccurate data it supplies. If Tims reaction to negative reviews is the same as his has been to me, i can only imagine there are others who due to the threats Tim makes of taking legal action if they don't remove their reviews, are left feeling scared by his empty threats.
There will be always be unhappy people when the want to be police officer that provided this substandard report without conducting due diligence - providing details of accounts belonging to someone with a different middle name, causing unnecessary pain to an elderly frail couple who up until this juncture had lived a very long happy life together.

Tim and his team were able to solve my PI issue within 24 hours which I think has been the fastest and most efficient service I have ever used ever! And at a very reasonable price :)

We have used UK Private Investigators for a number of years. Totally professional company offering a first class service and their turnaround is swift.

Tried to trace someone for the purposes of serving court papers however was given 3 incorrect addresses. It seems like they just give old or random addresses to get you off their back - very poor customer service as they just don't care and will say anything to keep your money. Always pay with credit card so you can get your money back when they don’t provide the promised service.

Edit: this is definitely not a fake review, I just choose to remain anonymous which is my right to do so.
