It’s been very excellent

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are an absolute scam.

Firstly they delivered me completely the wrong sized shirt.

When I requested a refund online I was told that my request was being processed but I received no further communication. I had to email to request a return form as they never processed one through their website.

Then once I sent my return I received an email confirming that I would receive a refund. Over 11 days after this I am still yet to have been refunded.

Everything about my experience with this company has been absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a top for the world cup on the 23rd June for delivery in "3-5 days"

Yeah, you've guessed it nowhere to be seen. Can't cancel it as it is apparently "in transit" and can't return it because I obviously haven't got it.

Hopeless.

Sad to leave a bad review - my first ever bad review on here and for balance I have had 2 ok experiences with this company previously but this one has been awful - If you have an issue with your order then good luck getting any level of customer service at all

I have genuinely never ever had such poor customer service from any company buying online in my life (even in the early days of the internet back in the early 2000s it was better than this!)

Problem with the order, submitted return on the site - heard nothing - sent 3 emails giving them a few days each time to respond - weeks later one quick email back from
Them claiming not to have received the previous emails (while emailing from the same email address…), there is a phone number but they have turned the phones off - the email they did send has no apology and no next steps (request for a return) just says - ‘we didn’t get your last email’ doesn’t answer the question about returns etc - still no refund after 2 weeks of a Problem with the order

Even if you don’t have an issue with the order they are very slow to ship - customer service is abysmal and if you have an issue good luck they’re rude unhelpful and absolutely awful

Very much suggest you buy your shirts from literally anywhere else on the net

Scam, they do not send your products. Do not buy. They never respond. Ordered over £180 of products and not a word, they sold them with next day delivery so even scammed me out of the next day shipping costs.

Bought a football top , arrived with a large hole in the front , have sent multiple emails and even tried to contact on social media to which there has been no reply DONT BUY FROM HERE
To add to this the top arrived with the wrong logo not good quality items at all

I ordered a concept kit jersey for my teenage son. I got exactly what I ordered within the timeline that is laid out on their website. It explained that concept kits might be 2 weeks before it ships and then I had to wait for international shipping. I used their size chart and it is a perfect fit. We did not add any extra lettering. I think you must read the website carefully before you order so you aren’t disappointed.

Okay, it's the World Cup. Okay, demand is bound to surge. But you'd expect (or you would have done) 'uksoccershop' to rise to the occasion. Rather than do what they do: email regulars and otherwise advertise in the moment of excitement, only to take your money and then leave you without your shirts as the games come and go. I ordered my USA Weston McKennie 8 shirt on JUNE 20 (order #2006837) and my Rafa Márquez 4 Mexico shirt three days later (#2009914). As of July 2 end of working day, BOTH HAVE FAILED TO ARRIVE, to a simple London address, as both teams pass from the then group stage, past the round of 32 to the last 16. Still no shirts with which to enjoy the game.

Sad that such a retailer, with a good reputation from whom I have purchased often in the past now joins the all-too-common "don't give a damn" approach to even loyal customers, and the now ubiquitous a "grab the money first, then fail to deliver" school of how to do business. Very sad indeed, when we are supposed to be enjoying our soccer to the full ...

Dodgy store. Sells you misprinted items and then ignores your emails when you return them. Don't buy

The main bone of contention is delivery. I paid extra for express delivery and the item has still not arrived a week later.

I am highly sceptical about whether or not the item ordered will actually show up now.
