I admit the reviews on here scared me and I always regret not reading before purchasing.

I bought a table tennis table from here and it came after 5 working days but had a manufacturing fault on one of the legs - the hole in which to attach the wheels was not in the same place as it was on all the other legs, causing one of the table halves to be misaligned with the other.

After I contacted the customer services over by email, they responded promptly offering a replacement of the parts or a return and refund. I chose the replacement. It took 2 weeks to arrive - no complaints here, as I was told it would take some time.

Overall I'm impressed and happy with the way the customer services team dealt with my issue, they responded quite quickly - generally the next day after I'd sent a reply - so I'm glad I had a good experience here.

The delivery slot that is given can come as a surprise (a text was sent the day before on the delivery of the replacement part) and the slot and date couldn't be changed when I called in, so bear this in mind.

Great product at an excellent price. Communication was good, delivered on time by a fab courier.. what more could you ask for? Very pleased indeed, would highly recommend

Bought a trampoline from then it's a terrible company they send you terrible quality products such as as soon as the trampoline is built it curves like a pringle amd they offer no help on the phone but try and find videos on the internet

Horrendous service! Purchased a very expensive treadmill which arrived with a vital part missing. Getting them to discuss the missing item and sending it out was a nightmare in itself. They said it would arrive Monday, I received in Thursday!? No apology, very rude emails, no phone call to keep me updated, no customer focus. The fact that the treadmill arrived without a bolt to erect it is very worrying in of itself and the fact they felt they didn't need to apologise or ring me to discuss tells you what type of place this is. Avoid and go elsewhere, the worry is with expensive kit like this, you do need after service care, sometimes. This company doesn't offer any, a major consideration down the line! Go to another company that offers a good customer service, before, during and after your purchase!!

Purchased a multi gym in July that was faulty requested to return item took nearky 3 months for them to collect. The item has been received in there distribution center on the 5th October and I still havent received my refund, to make matters worse they have now stopped responding to my emails and still haven't received my refund of over 400 pound. Will be contacting citizens advice and trading standards to get my refund. I can upload email proof to show all messages etc I can even upload a copy of the I'm I to the below email address a week ago and still haven't had a reply? But they can reply to me on here? Funny that.

Brilliant, friendly service!! Part failed on my Hillman Ride-on buggy last Sunday, I called UK Imports Monday am, we sorted what part needed, it was delivered less than 24 hours later on Tuesday!!

I ordered a treadmill and was disappointed to find that although it arrived quickly it contained broken pieces of plastic. Continued to try and build the treadmill but the critical screw hole was in the wrong place to fix the computer unit on. I emailed the company as phone lines are not working due to covid. Their response was disappointing and suggested I should lever it on with a screwdriver. Quality control must be non existent. I asked for a refund and replacement. They sent a strange email asking for photographic proof the product was boxed up ready for collection. They did not mention a replacement and I realised this was likely to be a difficult process. In the end we used a clamp to line up the hole but I suspect the guarantee will not be worth much. The instructions with the treadmill are very scarce. I have requested either a discount for the faulty unit and broken parts or a replacement. I await a response.

CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE

Purchased a treadmill and cancelling within the 14 day cancellation period. The phones lines do not work anymore, excuses of covid given. I’ve contacted via their online contacts form and two email addresses and no one has come back to me. Our next stop would be to take it back to the showroom but it says showroom closed as well.

Please contact me to arrange this return and refund!!!!

After having a battery fault on my golf trolley this company are saying i only git 6 month warranty on the battery but 12 months on the trolly. Madness
I would not buy this if i had known. Stay away or upgrade to the battery with 3 year warranty at a much higher price expensive Christmas present now useless.

Great item, excellent quality pool table very sturdy.one of the cues was slightly bowed when it arrived, but fantastic customer service and 2 new better quality cues were sent out instantly. Highly recommend buying from this company!!

Two weeks after we purchased and erected our trampoline my son was playing on it when the welds broke on two of the legs causing the legs to penetrate up through the trampoline just missing my son.
I took the damage components to a qualified welder (QC) who confirmed that the welds have not been done correctly.
After emailing customer service explaining the situation and how this could’ve been much more serious situation if this had hit my son.
I have been made to feel like I was being an inconvenience to them, I asked on numerous occasions for a name of who I’m speaking to but never received this.
I am still chasing my refund on this even though the item has now been re-boxed up and photo evidence sent.
All in all the after service received is diabolical.

Table won't level at all I've tried everything but it still rolls. So I theory should have paid more money . But reviews seemed good ..

Ordered and deliverd in good time with no parts missing. Website took payment and had a variety of payment options which was good. Received email notifications for updates with valid and accurate information. Product matched pictures and was of good quality. Instructions were a little confusing in parts, some of the numbers on the poles were wrong, but the pictures were correct. Fully assembled in about 2 hours, the kids and myself having a bounce. I have tested the safety netting and this stopped my from ending up in next doors garden without any broken bones. I am a 90kg man so that gives a lot of confidence the kids are going to be fine if they fall.

After unpacking table discovered black mark on table cloth sent image and was offered £30 refund but after 2 weeks nothing has been received

Sent me a misdiscribbed used item electric toy car and phone num does not exist!! Emails were not helpful Refused to pay refund unless I closed my complaints case Was advised not to by trading standards And eBay Told seller this and he said he would not pay me my refund...eBay look in to the case and refund me as they could see seller was in the wrong
