We would liked to have given a score of more than five stars as we received such excellent advice and service from minute one of our enquiry.
During this difficult COVID period, Jay and Kim have been excellent, keeping us informed on build progress, shipping and delivery. We are new to owning a hot tub, so had lots of questions that Jay and Kim happily answered and guided us through. We were a advised by Jay on the best model to suit our requirements and now we have the hot tub we absolutely love it.
On the delivery day, Keith carried out the installation very professionally. We needed to have the unit craned over the house as access at the side was just too narrow, The crane arrived at the same time as the unit and Alan the crane operator carried out the lift brilliantly.
We do not normally complete reviews, however on this occasion we felt the need to as testimony to the excellent service we have received.
We feel we have certainly received the “ultimate” service and advice. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment from our hot tub. Thank you to all the team at Atherstone in particular to Jay and Kim. We would certainly recommend you to any friends thinking of purchasing a hot tub.

Recently bought an exercise pool from this company. Went to try it a couple of times. No pressure selling just lovely people who couldn’t do enough for us. Now it’s installed and loving it. After sales I’m sure will be fab too.

Our hot tub was carefully delivered and set up. Full explanation given during process and lots of advice given on maintenance and care of tub. Very professional and highly recommended. Plenty of reassurance given regarding aftercare with the company. Very pleased.

We had never owned a Hot Tub so this was our first experience of owning one and buying one end to end. From the purchase of the Hot Tub, to installation, to advice after on maintaining the Hot Tub Kim, Jay and the team at Ultimate Hot Tubs have been fantastic. Kim was really helpful when we were choosing the Hot Tub and we went with the Monarch model which is fantastic. They supported us with advice on the electric supply needed and recommended an excellent electrician. Kept us up to date on the delivery of the Hot Tub during difficult times with COVID. Moving on to delivery day and Keith setting everything up and explaining and showing us how it all works. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they have always been super helpful with advice and their fantastic service. The Monarch Hot Tub is a fantastic model and all of the family have been super impressed and relaxed in it. We have never had a Hot Tub before and you definitely feel amazing after using it. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Hot Tubs, Kim, Jay, and the team to anyone wanting to buy a Hot Tub. Their service, advice, and product are all excellent from start to finish. Just like to say that we are very pleased with the purchase of our Monarch hot tub.Kim has been great and kept us informed of any changes of delivery due to the current situation.There are cheaper hot tubs on the market but not to this quality.Very powerful jets and responsive to different modes .Thank you very much John and Leanne Hart

We have been visiting here for the past year or so gathering all the information for when the time was right to buy one. We were always made to feel very welcome and then we found the right tub. We booked an appointment at Ultimate Hot Tubs to look at and try some of there Hot Tubs on display, we looked round and tried 2 types of Hot Tubs and was put under no pressure to buy one. We had the information on the Hot Tubs and some help from the sales team on the running and technical information. we now own a Hot Tub from Ultimate Hot Tubs and are enjoying our time in the Hot Tub. What good service from Ultimate Hot Tubs, Great advice on the Hot Tub range, Good prices, Quality Hot Tubs built to last.
All the staff are genuinely nice, from sale to delivery. Jay always has the time to speak to you no matter what you need to discuss.
We purchased the Uptown hot tub and had a crane to lift over the house, everything went smoothly on the day, everything explained on how and what to do to look after the hot tub.

Complete one stop retailer. The advice supplied on our hot tub was first rate followed by installation/set up. Kim/Jay/Keith have done nothing than offer good, honest and reliable advice throughout. Even the after service is excellent, never to much to ask. If you’re looking to buy a hot tub/swim spa etc look no further than here. A +++ company

We tried a few other places before finding Ultimate hot tubs.
Jay helped us decide on the perfect hot tub for our requirements, organised the crane delivery over the house and even arrived on the installation day with Keith to make sure everything went to plan.
Ultimate hot tubs are a family run business who taylor each customer requirments to the full.
Keith the owner was on site to install and talk us through the up keep of our new tub.
Weve had follow up calls since to make sure were happy from Jay also which goes along way as far as customer service goes.
Highly recommend this company.

Keith was Very professional and knowledgeable. The hot tub is amazing.

Jay was well informed and helpful with advice, but not a high pressure sell.
The delivery team were prompt courteous and efficient - nice guys too.

All in all a relatively pain free experience.
