A great range of hot tubs on display at Dobbies. We were allowed to browse without feeling any pressure. Jay was able to give us lots of information about the products. Very helpful in organising delivery and set up, which went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend Ultimate Hot Tubs.

Friendly helpful and not pushy .
On the day of installation the lorry broke down .
Our tub was stranded on the M40 !
We were given regular reports on the ensuing drama . These thing happen .
A true test is how a company deals with a problem. They passed .
The tub arrived on a replacement lorry the following week and was professionally installed without a hitch before Xmas .
We our family and particularly our grandchildren used it all through the winter .
Now we needed some more chemicals , we are in lockdown and the showroom is closed because of Covid19 .
Jay came to the rescue and delivered personally ...
Incidentally whilst we didn’t purchase for therapeutic reasons I am amazed and delighted that a longstanding pain which limited movement of my neck has entirely disappeared as has a minor ache to the right knee .

The fitters were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Our Hot Tub is fantastic and so relaxing. It has powerful, brilliant massage jets.
I should have bought one a long time ago as I couldn't be without it now. Were in the hot tub every day. It is heaven on earth.
We seen the new year through in the Hot Tub watching the stars and the fireworks. This was magical. LOVED IT.
Thank you for your after care calls too! You don't just sell it and forget about the customers.

Delivery and installation was completed as scheduled and installation engineer was both professional and informative of water treatment and maintenance required.
We have had the hot tub for about a week and have thoroughly enjoyed using it most days.

From ordering to delivery it’s ran so smoothly ! Jay the salesman I brought it off couldn’t be any more helpful and also Kim who I have spoke to several times organising the delivery for hot tub was very helpful. They both have been so great !
Keith who was here to help with the delivery and setting up of the Hot tub was helpful and patient with all the information he had to let us know.
Would highly recommend not only the hot tubs but all the staff that make it all go so smoothly :o)

My only reason for not giving 5* is that delivery and installation was £250 and we had to help move it into place - not what I would expect for £250!

Very good service, never any pressure to purchase, delivery on time as arranged. Product seems to be of good quality only negative would be the sound system, not as good as expected.after Kim noticed my comment about the sound system I had a call asking when would be convenient to come and have a look. All sorted now and a chemistry lesson for good measure. Outstanding service highly recommended

Fantastic team to deal with. They kept us up to date on the delivery and on the day everything went very smoothly. The installer explained everything we needed to know.
We called in a week later to buy some additional chemicals. The after care and advise is great. No question too simple to ask them.
