Didn't turn up, will not refund
Deposit taken for small job. Didn't turn up. We requested refund, but never paid. Company will not communicate. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

Under-One are a really poor company/entity with a vague ownership structure, other than using Cococo Ltd to take payments, but whom the owner(s) are seeking to dissolve.
Both attendance and quality of work is extremely poor, the "owner" is abrasive if challenged about any aspects of their work. Take the money up front for work, and seem to have little to no intent to provide a timely completion, nor to get anywhere near the standards they claim of their work on the company's website.
Subject to Trading Standards investigation, there are many better options out there, very few worse ones. Avoid, or have an expensive lesson like myself and no doubt the other reviewers.
I found this company on Rated People. I paid them upfront for the installation of 2 wood-burners. They didn't deliver on the projects and now are using delaying tactics.
They are a front for a company called Cococo Ltd which filed to be struck off and dissolved in October last year. I have done a lot of research and they appear to be a load of scammers. Lesson learned the hard way.
If you get scammed complain to their bank which is Lloyds Bank and report it to Report Fraud. The more of us that do it the more likely it is that they will get taken down.
This company are a total cowboy outfit. After agreeing for them to install a toilet and sink into a cupboard and convert into a cloakroom i had to get another company to finish the job.
The toilet was installed on an uneven floor.
The cistern was connected to the hot water system so every time i flushed , the boiler fired up.
They didnt install the correct flooring as agreed.
When challenging the Director his answer was to rip it out and refund. Nothing about solving my disastisfaction. He disputed what was agreed albeit in email between us and charged me over £200 per hour for the pleasure of his subcontractors work.
Steer well clear of UnderOne or COCOCO ltd
Our experience was very disappointing and the worst we have ever experienced with tradespeople. Communication was poor after payments were made and work was left incomplete with little follow-up or resolution offered. We also struggled to get clear responses regarding next steps or accountability.
We ended up taking legal advice on the situation as we paid a lot of money to this company and were left with a completely dug up, unsafe and unusable garden. But unfortunately the company were defensive and borderline rude/ insulting with their response!
Based on our experience, we would advise others to carry out careful checks before committing to work with this company. They apart of a wider group 'COCOCO LTD' which seems to just be a scam. We have been left significantly out of pocket and extremely disappointed - avoid at all costs!!
This company is a scam, stay away!! They stole 8500 from an 85 year old woman where the stress put her I hospital for having her whole bathroom ripped out and left with nothing. The plumber himself cut the pipes to make more work so she cannot even have a toilet fitted temporarily at current. Her house is not liveable. They are a disgusting company stay away!!
Don’t touch this Company. Deposit paid. 1st payment made. Ripped out bathroom. Harassed 85 year old lady to pay more money. She was a bit late as she had to go to bank. Because she rang company upset about being left without a bathroom they told her she was a threat of non payment and had to pay more. She has now paid £8500. Still no work. They’re now saying that because she got upset on the phone they feel they are at risk so job on hold. I emailed to say either give her a refund or finish job otherwise I will go to social media etc. They threatened me with harassment. They have not responded to emails about what’s happening now. So here I am. Giving a honest review of how this company has taken £8500 from a 85 year old lady. Left her without any bathroom at all and refusing to fix or refund. What would you do?
Avoid at all costs!!! Complete conmen. Took thousands of pounds from us, never completed the job, made an absolute mess of what they did do, over charged and drip charged (illiegal act of billing as you go without estimate) the entire time and refused to issue refund for materials that were never used.
I paid a £75 initial charge for call out and first hour work but no one turned up to do the work. I called dozens of times but just goes to answer machine. No response from email either. I got them from Rated People and have reported them but avoid like the plague, just conmen.
STRONG RECOMMENDATION: Avoid UNDER-ONE Total Property Care
UNDER-ONE Total Property Care is not a company. It is a name which sounds like a number of professional firms but is not! It professes to have a posh well-positioned HQ in Manchester City Centre but actually uses a cheapo “Virtual Office” based in the City Centre which gives them a “professional” sounding office for £10 per month.
It professes to operate through an administrative company COCOCO Ltd which is about to be struck off the Companies Register and is a shell company.
For what their contractor advised me was a simple 1-2 hour leak repair, they bombarded me with a bizarre AI driven drivel email by way of introduction (15 minutes to read utter garbage) and attaching an even more ludicrous “Contractual Agreement for Service by Under-One Total Property Care under Licence from Rococo Limited” full of illogical and wrong legalese. This Contract covered a mind blowing 115 clauses including Professional Integrity, Mutual Respect and Inclusivity, Trade Secrets and Ownership of Intellectual Property without once describing the actual 1”-2 hours” Project or works to be undertaken. They required me to sign this piece of garbage and to register with a wholly unnecessary site. All for a “1-2 hour job”.
Before they would set off to do this 1-2 hour job two days later they required a down payment to cover the first hour by credit card. No mention was made of this being non-refundable. So when I cancelled after receiving the above garbage email and contract I requested a full refund and put an urgent red flag on them with my credit card company.
UNDER-ONE have now advised me that my small refund request will be handled by their Disputes Team which is no doubt a “Virtual Disputes Team” which equally in no doubt will deny my request in a 50 page AI driven drivel “Dispute Resolution Decision”.
Strongly recommend that you steer clear of this highly dubious outfit.
I have asked them to comment on this to which they have failed to do.
